The home features a covered deck, a fenced-in yard as well as home gym.

This spacious studio apartment with exposed brick and high ceilings is located on the second floor of a century old building. In the heart of downtown, it's only a short walk to Waterfront Park, YUM! Center, Fourth Street Live!, Slugger Field, NULU Art Galleries, Art and History Museums, Distilleries, Shops and tons of Restaurants and Bars! This area has a thriving nightlife so we have a later checkout time!
