A beautiful and inviting condo/townhouse located in Venetian Bay Villages, a quaint and relaxing gated condo community reminiscent of old key west. You will have access to 4 pools, clubhouse, game room, fitness center, picnic areas, sand volleyball, tennis, basketball courts, and walking paths around the centrally located lake. The townhouse has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroom. The villa has a luxurious main floor king master suite, complete with king sized bed, walk-in closet and attached en suite bath with two person jetted tub. The second floor is comprised of a comfortable queen suite with en suite bath, two more bedrooms one with full bed, and one with 2 twins, sleeping 8 comfortably. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV. A third full bath is also found on the second floor. A convenient extra sink/vanity is located in the hallway on the second floor. On the main floor there is a relaxing living room with a queen pull out couch, large screen HDTV, and DVD/VHS player. An ample dining room is connected to the living area. A full-sized kitchen with breakfast bar is adjacent to the living room, giving an open, spacious feeling.
