Set back hidden from the road in a bamboo oasis, it’s private and peaceful. Walk or bike to nearby river, beaches, forest. Or hop on the Highway 1/3 mile away. 3.5 miles to Airport, 30 to Redwood National & State Parks. We’ll share walls so you’ll sometimes hear me, though I try to be a considerate neighbor. Your comfort is very important to me!

Just down the steps across the OUTDOOR LIVING ROOM, step into the "Shower Grotto", inside an Old Growth Redwood Stump with a Rain Shower.

Relax in this comfortable (approximately 425 square feet) dog friendly one-bedroom apartment in sunny Blue Lake. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, comfortable living and dining room space and 1 bedroom with queen bed. Air mattress or single cot are available for additional guests and can be set up in living/kitchen area. Private entrance with deck right outside your door with table and chairs for outdoor enjoyment.

We are walking distance from everything the best grocery stores, restaurants also Arcata community forest and Marsh Winter heating is limited. Indoor temperature averages around 65 to 75f two wall heater provided. This is intentional and disclosed. Please do not book if yourequire hotel self thermostat.
