Chill out on the deck. Take a 10 minute walk to a private section of Nauset Beach or drive to our free association Nauset parking lot.

This cute little house is on a lovely marsh where you will hear birdsong while you enjoy the ever changing view of the gentle wetland. A mini paradise nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it is an easy bike ride or a short drive to Nauset Beach. Tiny and cozy, the cottage has every amenity for a comfortable stay! Only minutes from incredible restaurants & shops in Orleans. This home includes AC, office space w/ monitors & a natural gas fireplace. Near the Cape Cod Rail Trail, hiking trails and numerous beach options!

Nauset Heights Cottage- 5 minute walk to beach!

Charming three bedroom Cape cottage that sleeps six, a large open kitchen, deck with seating & gas grill. Large yard sheltered by trees has room for croquet and corn-hole, as well as a secluded outdoor shower. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys are available for your beach days; games & books for rainy days. Sheets and towels are available for your use. Downtown Orleans is an 8-minute drive away; North Nauset Beach, Priscilla Beach, and the Mill Pond are all a five minute walk away.

Welcome! Enjoy a Fabulous 180 degree water view out our master bedroom and living room. Walk to Orleans village, art galleries, restaurants & shopping. Bike to Beaches and baseball all within a mile. One floor condo is good for couples, solo adventurers, small families. One full bath with shower and one half bath, plus an outdoor shower. Master BR has Queen bed. Second BR has a queen bed with a twin pull out. We have tiny ants in the kitchen. We set ant traps and a mint plant by the sink.

The property was once home to the town tavern on Old County Road en route to Orleans. Enjoy the wrap-around 3 season porch. Antique home with bath and other renovations that were recently completed. The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.
