Walk to Magazine Street, the St. Charles streetcar, coffee shops, and the beautiful homes of the Garden District. Close to the French Quarter, but tucked away from the noise. City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). From this location you're within 15 minutes of all the hot spots in the city. 20 minutes from the airport, 13 minutes from the French Quarter & Bourbon Street, 13 minutes from the Convention Center, and 15 minutes from the WWII museum. There's two bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom. All bedrooms have smart TV's, ceiling fans and full length mirrors. The backyard is fully fenced in the back, although not fenced along the driveway.

The pied-a-terre has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom and bath. The combined living and dining room has large windows allowing for abundant sunlight. Local artwork is featured and the place is very comfortable. TV's are included in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen offers plenty of pots, pans, dishes, Keurig coffee maker, etc, as well as local cookbooks. Pets are allowed with a fee, which is displayed when you enter them as pet guests.
