Amazing place and amazing host! Yoko is a kind and welcoming host, paying attention to every single detail. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the house is really beautiful (much better than depicted in the pictures). Our stay was beyond our expectations and we can’t be thankful enough. If we ever go back to Kyoto, we’ll definitely stay at Yoko’s place again.

入住前房东给了我们详细的入住手册，对于如何入住、登记进行说明；房子在靠今里站的附近，附近有罗森和吃饭的地方，出行便利；房间内有三张榻榻米，所以最好自带床上四件套，床数是根据我们的出行人数安排的（有多位/异性同行人的旅客可以参考我们的评论）；总体来说居住感觉还是不错的

チェックアウト時間が早くなってしまいましたが柔軟に対応していただきました。機会があればぜひまた利用させていただきたいです。

ベット数、部屋数が多くグループごとに分かれることもできたのでよかった。急な滞在にも対応して頂けました。

如果你想选择一间靠海的具有日式风情的房子我强烈推荐这家民宿(＾〇＾)/♫♪！房东非常热心给我们推荐附近好吃又便宜的餐厅，特地打电话帮我们和餐厅预约并沟通，像回到家一样！众所周知出门旅行需要很强的独立能力但是这样的关怀和体贴会让人很感动🥹 我们特地选在淡季旅行入住的时候只有我们一行三人，简直像承包了一个荘一样！最后一天还选择了房东的另一栋小别墅，复古的蓝色非常温馨，如果这个评价可以放照片就好了，房子离机场非常非常近，房东姐姐早上亲自开车送我们去机场，我们一路聊得很开心！房子周围环境很像一部我喜欢的电影《下妻物语》，是一个宁静美好不吵闹的地方o(^▽^)o可以真正感受远离都市喧嚣的日本生活，两个住处都离车站很近！

If you go to Kyoto you have to go to Keiko’s house ! She is absolutely LOVELY and her home is very comfortable. It is very easy to go from the station to the station next to her home and she will pick you up there ! I highly recommend this stay 🌸 Thanks again for everything Keiko 🩷

Le meilleur Airbnb que nous n’avons jamais eu. Yoko se plie en 4 pour nous conseiller les meilleurs visites : prêt de vélos pour un circuit dans la ville, présentation sur place des restos, facilitation pour les transports. Le logement est très design et extrêmement bien tenu ( négligents ou désordonnés s’abstenir). Les petits déjeuners renouvelés chaque jour avec fruits frais et spécialités de Kyoto. L’atelier de reliure proposé avec son père est vraiment passionnant. En conclusion, une adresse à conseiller à ses amis.

The location was nice, easy to find and close to a train station. We had 3 adults, 2 adults shared a room but there was plenty of room. It was clean and the people were very nice to us. I would recommend staying there.

Chambre confortable. Petite pour 4 mais agréable ; elle est bien conçue pour y rester quelques jours . Proche du parc Universal Studio ☺️👍

주요 관광지도 다 가깝고 수압도 매우 좋습니다. 단체로 여행을 올때 아주 적합한 레지던스입니다.

Fully kitted apartment and close to the train - great home base for exploring Osaka.

駅から近く、徒歩圏内にスーパー玉出もあります。南海線の南出口、JR線の通天閣出口はエレベーターがあり便利です。(地下鉄は利用してないので分かりません) チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらえ助かりました。 問い合わせの返信が早く安心できました。フロントの方の対応も丁寧でとても良かったです。 新しく、綺麗にされていて、気持ちよく過ごせました。

3人で利用させて頂きましたが、部屋も広く、とても快適に過ごせました。 JR、地下鉄どちらの駅からも近く、どこに行くにもアクセスが良かったです。 チェックイン時間等も柔軟に対応頂き、たいへん助かりました。また利用したいです。

好感恩和爷爷一起聊天的时光，爷爷的英语真的很赞，比我们好多了。好想一直住在爷爷家。并且我觉得爷爷应该开一个餐厅才对。爷爷做的饭真的是我在日本吃的最好几餐。乌冬面太赞了，好爱，我应该偷走爷爷的秘方哈哈哈哈。希望可以再次吃到！！爷爷教会了我们说“行ってきます”哈哈哈哈哈哈哈

友達と一緒に神戸であいみょんのライブを観に行くために宿泊しました。周りはとても静かで、向かいにファミリーマートがあってとても便利でした。

This guest house is will be the best choice. The host tommy is very kind and mindful. He speaks english very well, so someone who didn't speak japanese will be satified. Also, the domitory bed was very nice. It's cozy and comfotable. And Tommy will give you breakfast If you request. The toast was tasty. I recommend this guest house, you will not regret your choice. Thank you tommy!

Albeit brief, this was my favorite stay of my entire Japan trip. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always proactive in making sure we felt at home not just in our accommodation but also in Kyoto and the lovely and peaceful neighborhood the townhome resides in. They made sure to follow up every question we had and made sure we were able to travel and make our next destination smoothly. We had some stressful travel beforehand, but they were extremely flexible in made our trip much easier. Also their cute daily breakfast was delicious and every single room had so much personality. It has a shared common space and bathroom but it never felt inconvenient and also allows you to get a one of a kind experience in Kyoto. The price was also incredibly reasonable and a great value. I look forward to returning next time I’m in town!

The hosts here are amazing! They helped inform me about how to get around, and to the places I wanted to go to, as well as give me recommendations. They went above and beyond, and we're very helpful and supportive. They are very kind people, and I am very thankful for them. This was my first trip, so I learnt a lot. The area is a very nice area as well. I recommend it.

I had an amazing time at this Airbnb, thanks to Kuniko, our incredibly kind and accommodating host. She was so friendly and even allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which made our travels much easier. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was super convenient—just two stops from Osaka Station! The highlight was definitely the delicious breakfast she prepared; it was such a lovely touch. She also gave fantastic recommendations for local places to eat, which made our trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here—great hospitality, comfort, and convenience all in one!

とても親しみやすいオーナーさんで、説明もとても丁寧でした。 地元のお勧めの飲食店、銭湯(天然温泉）の情報も正確で良かったです。 また、子供用のおもちゃも部屋においてあり、細やかな気配りが、お部屋の至る所にありました。 朝食のサンドイッチは、どれも美味しいですが、カレー味がお勧め(笑)

A pure sanctuary to relax and rejuvenate. The location is at the top of beautiful and quiet Koyodai. The combination of the warmth of Sachiyo’s and Justin’s hospitality and the impeccable design of their home and the meals unmatched in terms of quality of ingredients and flavor was perfection. I am grateful for the simple touches of care and creativity each day. I felt welcome and so happy. I look forward to seeing them again. My heartfelt thanks go out to them.

房东阿姨人非常非常好，很可爱也很热情。头一天虽然到达时间比较晚了依旧坚持来车站接送，离开的那天也是如此。房子是很温馨的建筑，周围是居民区所以很安静。房东阿姨在家里准备了小零食和水，每天也会准备早餐给我们。印象最深的是，有一个晚上我回来的非常晚，房东阿姨居然还在等我问第二天什么时间需要早饭，真的很抱歉打扰到她休息，但同时也真的很感动很感动！🥰下次有机会的话一定还会再来的❤️
