Cute place nicely styled, and we appreciated the goodies that were left as a welcome for us. Great coffee bar setup, too! Good location that was easy to get to downtown Saco and Biddeford. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a peaceful quiet hideaway in Pennacook, a village within the city limits of NH's capital city, Concord. It had everything I needed & was well laid out.

Rachel is a superb host! She was very responsive to my questions. Her apartment was pristine and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was excellent. Beautiful surroundings and was close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores and many things to do within driving distance. Definitely recommend it!

Kelley and Jim were great and very accommodating for my 92 year old father. They cleared the snow and made sure he had a safe walkway. The basket with the bread, jam, wine, and fresh baked pumpkin bread was a great touch!

This place is such a gem. I wanted to visit Portland, Kennebunkport and OOB, so I opted to rent something kind of in the middle. It was super calm, loved the porch for some late night reading, everything was super clean. The kitchen has everything you need. Rented it by myself for a solo trip, I definitely recommend it.

Absolutely awesome location! 1:00 PM check-in was great. We were able to drop our stuff off and walk a quick 5 minutes into town. Joseph was a very proactive and friendly host. We will definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful time at Ryan’s!! The house was so quaint and peaceful. The yard was great for our family. House was super clean and had everything we needed. We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed and was the perfect size for 6 adults. The house is very private, with wonderful mountain views and even better stargazing at night! It's close to a few swimming areas (recommended by Rachel) that were way better than all the crowded popular places in the area. We definitely would stay here again!

Lovely, super clean, beautifully decorated home. Everything you need (except a toaster). Huge yard was totally enjoyed by my doggie. 2 Gun shots nearby were shocking, guess it's hunting season in the woods (at least this city girl hopes that is reason). Only issues were dripping shower head, no stopper to take bath in deep soaker tub, and could not turn down heat for sleeping. Overall great 1st airbnb experience for me.

We had an awesome weekend stay at Monique’s cottage. The house was clean and equipped with all amenities listed. The yard space is huge for backyard games. Would definitely stay here again!

We booked Gregory’s condo on the same day that we arrived! He gave us the instructions for check in right away and it was smooth sailings. Kids enjoyed the pool and the 10 min shuttle to Loon mountain was easy! Great stay.

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

I stayed one night at Erics’ AirBnb with my girlfriend. It was amazing. Everything was very clean and it was exactly what the photos showed. The jacuzzi and views were definitely a highlight. It was 10 minutes away from Downtown North Conway which was really nice as well. Eric was very helpful and friendly, He responded to questions and comments very efficiently and was very caring. We had an amazing stay, I would 100% stay here again in the future. I highly recommend. Thank you!
