Bondgate with a double bedroom and sofa bed is centrally located in Otley town. It has a private and secure courtyard with easy access to the towns shops,market,Pubs,bars,restaurants and cafes. A gateway to the famous Dales and Otley Chevin,Ilkley moor,Riverside parks and nature walks close by. Appealing to the Cycling and walking/hiking community for which we offer secure outdoor space for cycles. There is free parking on Bondgate and 2 free car parks very near by. Sorry we don’t allow pets.

Note - this property does not accept children under 7 years of age. Renovated throughout this little gem is stylish and comfortable. A 2 bed bungalow with the most fantastic views across the valley, it's the perfect location for exploring Yorkshire, or relaxing and staying local - walk into Otley in 20 mins. Plenty of parking on the driveway and a secure shed for storage of bikes etc. The beds are medium firm, sprung, foam topped mattresses and the central is heating is controlled by you.

You’ll love my place for the beautiful riverside walk along river Wharfe; cross the bridge, it's Otley Meadow Park with a tennis court; If you prefer walking, supermarket Asda is 5 minutes away, 10 minutes to the centre of historic town Otley; for driving, 10 minutes to Chevin forest Park Otley; 20 minutes to Harrogate & Leeds Bradford Airport; 30 minutes to Leeds city centre & city of York

Ideal for families and couples wanting to enjoy the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage dates back to 1799 and was the millers cottage to the adjoining property, an old corn Mill. An idyllic location with easy access to many local footpaths and trails. No pets.
