The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. Additionally you are only a 1.5 mile drive/bike ride from the Salvo Day Use Area which is an ideal spot for kayakers, kiteboarders, windsurfers, and stand-up paddle boarders to launch from.

We own a shop called Island Attic in Avon, NC, where we sell our finds from around the globe. It is a short walk to the Multi-Use path on Bay Drive where you can walk, bike, run, or skate about 3 miles along the sound towards Kitty Hawk and 2 miles south to the Wright Brothers Monument. Kill Devil Hills has many public beach accesses with parking nearby.
