If I could give Robert’s home 6 stars I would. Additionally, Robert is an amazing host who was incredibly helpful to us numerous times. The Taylor area is adorable and has some nice dining options if you plan ahead. It’s less than 15 minutes to The Square in Oxford. We used Robert’s home for graduation and being away from the hustle and bustle was so nice. Would love to come back for a football weekend, if he will have me. Cheers and rent this place. The lovely photos truly do not the home justice.

We had a wonderful stay this past visit to Oxford. The airb&b was perfect. Perfect location, close to the sister and campus, but not noisy or lots of traffic. Very cute place. Had everything we needed and more! We will definitely stay here again, if it’s not already booked!

A lovely little cabin in walking distance to The Square, Rowan Oak, and Ole Miss’s campus; and fresh blueberry muffins to boot—what more could you ask for?

For our anniversary, my wife and I wanted to escape everyday life, and this was the ideal place to do so. Comfortable accommodations in a beautiful country setting — complete with the sounds of chickens, goats, and cows. We awoke to an amazing sunrise and the sounds of birds singing...we grabbed our coffee and headed to the rocking chairs on the back porch, books in hand. We sat there for several hours enjoying the scenery and quiet...completely unplugged! The location is less than 10 minutes from Oxford Square, the university, and many amazing restaurants. We will be back again and again...

Despite some rain and our football team losing to Ole Miss, we had a great stay in Oxford and Beth Ann’s guest house! Great location, clear instructions around check in and check out and comfortable surroundings. Couldn’t be happier with our stay there.

One of the best airbnbs we have stayed in. Very comfortable beds, great location and well stocked kitchen. Host was very responsive and flexible with checkin and out! Would 100% stay again!

Fourth Stay here. As always, the house is quiet, comfortable, and clean. Its ideally located just a block from downtown Water Valley so its an easy walk to businesses and restaurants. Will stay here anytime I'm in Water Valley. Diedre is a great host and responds within minutes if you need anything.

Ellie provided clear and concise instructions for check in/out. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet and parking was right out front.

Great place to stay. Although our visit was short, we felt right at home. Everything was very inviting.
