When i first saw this in tiktok na loved at first sight agad ako at mabuti available ang date for my son’s 9th birthday at hindi ako nagkamali na ibook dahil super peaceful at relaxing ang buong villa. And kung ayaw nyo ng crowded beach villa ito na to, like you own the whole villla. It’s far but it’s worth it. Nakakawala ng pagod and haba ng byahe. And the host is very accommodating, all our request were granted and the staff are very friendly specially ate amie. We highly recommend Agda Beach Villas and will definitely be back.

what a hidden gem! This place is truly a rare find—super private and peaceful, with the beach practically all to ourselves. We had the best time swimming in both the ocean and the pool. It was the perfect spot for a family getaway! While the place could use a bit of maintenance (a few hiccups with the toilets and air conditioning), it didn’t take away from our amazing stay. Ate Nat, her husband, and the rest of the caretakers were incredibly kind and helpful—they even went out of their way to buy fresh seafood for us! If you’re looking for a quiet escape to relax and recharge, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

We were truly impressed by the thoughtful design of the farm. Our stay was incredibly relaxing, thanks to the vacation house nestled right in the heart of nature. Waking up to the soothing sounds of birds chirping, rustling leaves, and the cool mountain breeze was a rejuvenating experience. The staff were exceptionally attentive, with Kuya Toto standing out for his warm hospitality. The pool was a highlight—immaculately clean and inviting. The string lights adorning the pool area and kitchen created a picturesque and cozy ambiance, perfect for evening relaxation. We have a few minor suggestions to enhance future stays: 1. We noticed a couple of cobwebs with spiders between the hammock and the washroom near the shower area behind the kitchen. 2. It would be great to have additional spoons, forks, and mugs readily available for guests. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we look forward to returning soon! We had a very pleasant stay at Ani Villa. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — they thoughtfully provided pool towels, bath towels, and slippers, which made our stay even more convenient. Upon arrival, everything was beautifully prepared and polished, and they even went the extra mile by leaving complimentary donuts for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff was very accommodating and assisted us throughout, making our stay even more enjoyable. If I may suggest, it would be even better to add a CR (bathroom) in the shared bedroom area. Currently, there is one CR in the common living area and another in the master’s bedroom. A third CR would make the setup even more convenient, especially for larger groups. The air-conditioning units were a bit warm at times, but overall, it did not significantly affect our experience. I would gladly rate our stay an 8/10, and would definitely recommend Ani Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway

Had the pleasure to stay in Bahay Trinidad and Bahay Janer for Christmas Eve. We were a family of 11 and we fit perfectly inside the 2 houses. The staff are very approachable and assisted us throughout our stay. All the rooms are clean, towels and basic toiletries are provided. The house are cozy and warm, perfect for the Ber-month weather. It rained during our stay and there were some leaks in the dining area, luckily we were done with dinner and continued in Bahay Trinidad. Dollie was very considerate of our requests, and allowed our furbabies to stay with us 💛 hope we get stay here again in better weather to enjoy the outdoors and the sitting pool! Overall 💯

Our family had a great and wonderful experience staying at this private villa during my birthday celebration. The place is very cozy, clean and had a serene and relaxing ambiance. All of us had a nice dip on their clear and clean swimming pool and enjoyed singing with their karaoke. The swing in the area was also nice near the pool. The host is very accommodating and was very helpful even for our late notice for food order. Their caretaker Ms Maru was also helpful and accommodating. We shall definitely come back in this place again.

very nice place we enjoy the karaoke, playing cards, scrabble and play the billiards and basketball with self court. the place is relaxing and peaceful, i feel like home. and the host is very easy to deal with and the caretaker ateng is very approachable, they are very nice. hope to comeback there and looking forward to the pool to covered so we can swim even its sunny.
