Pier House occupies a stunning waterfront location with uninterrupted views across the River Dart. Arguably the best position in Dittisham – one of Devon’s most picturesque villages – it sits at the end of the village quay, just a minute’s walk from the local pub, the famous Anchorstone café and the pontoon. Yet the unique situation of Pier House – surrounded by large, mature gardens, with an outdoor pool (heated seasonally) & private access in all directions – it always feels peaceful.

Make yourself at home in my relaxing, bohemian flat near Paignton beach. Feel free to use my board games, art supplies, read my books, and play my records. Just a stones throw from the beach and beachfront cafes and bars, but set back in a private complex with your own parking space and communal seasonal pool April to August. I never know whether to list as 4 people or 2. 4 people can stay as it has a sofa bed in the lounge, but the sofa bed would be a squeeze for two adults.

Wake up to birdsong in this 40’x20’ space (twice the size of the caravans on the park), and enjoy some sun on the decking next to the bubbling hot tub. Features: Broadband WiFi 1 double bedroom with en suite shower and walk in wardrobe. 2 twin rooms. 1 main bathroom. Open plan lounge / diner / kitchen. 2 smart TVs (one 42”). Beautiful park home @ Waterside

The avenue, Waterside, a property with a on site terrace, bar and indoor pool(local charges apply) set in Paignton, less than 1 km from Goodrington Sands Beach, 2.3 km from Elberry Cove beach. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Broadsands Beach is 500 metres away. The holiday home includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, and 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower. Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home. There is also a seating area and a fireplace.

Pool & parking, 2 min from beach

Wonderful location just a short stroll through the park, past the boating lake, to the beach. Use of shared pool (heated late May-early Sep), reserved parking, and a small terrace with views over the boating lake. 2 comfortable bedrooms and a comfortable lounge, with Wi-Fi and access to a firestick so you can relax in the evening with you favourite film. NB. There are stairs up to the property and there is a split level (2 steps) within the property
