Covered patio in a large yard w/privacy fence, a fun place for meals, games, or just relaxing. Upstairs: Enclosed sun room w/ huge windows, futon (no bedding), gorgeous lake & mountain views. It is just a 15 minute walk downhill (or a 5 minute tuktuk ride) to the popular hipster/holistic village of San Marcos La Laguna. From our road entrance up to the house there are 150 steps to hike, well worth it for the incredible view!
