Ferienunterkünfte in Palmetto Island

This spot was perfect for us - family of adults with children - to visit with family in New Iberia that live about a block from this Airbnb. There were enough private spaces for each of us to have our own rooms, the beds were comfy enough, and the space was just as described. That said, Center St is loud - cars with loud stereo systems, the train runs several times a day, and there are some interesting characters around. It was fine for us, because our family lives down the road, but just a PSA for anyone that might not need to stay in downtown New Iberia. Lane was a great host, very helpful and responsive. The AC seems a bit weak, and that’s speaking for December in Louisiana. I’d be hesitant about how well it can cool off the place during the summer. It seemed like the temp on the thermostat wasn’t accurate to what it felt like in the place. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to relax and have quality family time. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and so many activities for kids of all ages. Plenty of space and super comfy beds. It's a 5 star place to stay for sure.

My family and I had the best time time at Crystal's cottage. The host was so nice and helped in anyway she could. I'd definitely rent her place again in the future. The house is huge and fit my family just fine. There were enough bedrooms and also blankets to go around. The pool was my kids favorite thing while there. If you are looking for a place that feels like home and a host that is amazing this is the place for you.

Great space for our family trip. We were in Lafayette to visit family and the house was perfectly size for our family to stay (4 adults, 5 kids, 1 baby). Everyone had plenty of space and that was in the main house. Overall it was a great value and perfect for our family Thanksgiving trip.

We enjoyed our stay and the house. Pool was very relaxing . Neighborhood was very peaceful, and there was plenty of space inside the home , very clean and Accommodating!

Great location, close to restuarants. Host is very responsive and easy to work with. Airbnb has a nice comfry bed and huge bathroom. We messed up our booking initially and the host was very accommodating and checked up on us while we were there. Its a very quite area. It is located right behind thier home, just a note for easy location.

Mona was a great host!! She was so responsive and helpful when we couldn’t figure something out being it was our first Airbnb experience. Mona was always willing to help us out and when it was raining really hard and we had a hard time seeing the rod Mona helped us out by opening the garage door automatically so that we could find our way and also get out of the rain. I am so thankful Mona made our first experience so great!!! I would definitely recommend Mona’s place when you are in town definitely worth it!!!

My girlfriends and I get together periodically!! We all met in Lafayette at 17 years old, freshmen at U of L (USL) at the time!! We decided to spend our time enjoying the Festival International in Lafayette!! I found this wonderful AirBNB for our stay!! At our initial booking to the moment of our last day, Frances responded to ALL and ANY of our messages!! Her home is SUPER CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE!!! I highly recommend!! Thanks again Frances!!
