Kalven was proactive and reached out to me as I booked to let me know about the place and also watch out for the hotel to try to sell timeshare. Overall really great value for money paid right near union square. Lots of places to go eat and place was safe at least until 11 as long as you don’t head towards tenderloin. Super close to the union square cable car which takes you directly to fisherman s wharf, Lombard etc - buy a day pass and take the red cable car and save money ! Room was spacious, bed was comfy and bathroom delivered comfy showers! Will stay again !

The apartment was clean, bright and open with plenty of space. There are many amenities to enjoy but during the COVID-19 pandemic most of these were closed. The pool at this time is open and we enjoyed it very much. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The bathrooms had deep soaking tubs and the kitchen was great for cooking gourmet meals.

Wonderful property, a hotel but more personal. Amazing location. SF is on the rebound. So nice to walk around all around the property. Wonderful hosts who have been super cool for two stays now. Couldn’t recommend it more for a family. So spacious and the views are second to none.

Just like it says in the description. Good value and in Soma. The other unit in this place has a window and I think is nicer.

Loved this place, it's better than a hotel, the jacuzzi perfect and private. very romantic setting. Also with a pool table and other games. Will stay again.

Great peaceful location to stay in! Super private and the studio was just like the pictures. Felt very homey and the neighborhood is beautiful. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a place to stay where you will have a quintessential San Francisco experience, you could do no better than Katie's place. First off, the house is located in this back corner of Potrero Hill, that kind of feels like it shouldn't exist. I was wondering to myself who would put up with living at the top of such a steep hill when I walked into the place. That confusion was resolved when I saw the view out the back of the apartment: talk about a breathtaking sight. Sutro Tower, Twin Peaks, and all the Karl the Fog you could want. The apartment itself is open, airy, and very comfortable. The kitchen is well-appointed and the bed is great. The shower is a little small, but heats up right away and has good water pressure. And that view! Astounding! You should absolutely stay at Katie's. It's close enough to the action where Downtown is a 7-minute drive away, the Mission is a mile away, and at the end of the day, you can retreat to your hilltop hideaway and watch it all

My only complaint is parking. If you stay here and you are not able to park at the facility ($35/night) because of limited space be aware the cost of parking garages nearby will cost between $60-100 a night.
