This home is a cozy 120 year old beauty in downtown Paonia. One block south of City park and five blocks from Grand street. Outfitted in contemporary furnishings juxtaposed with antiques. Tall ceilings with ceiling fans throughout for those July nights and a gas fireplace for cool nights. Door code allows guests to show up and move in immediately. A big fenced yard, off street parking and privacy give you what you need for the perfect getaway. Twin beds can be made into a King if you like!

Top of the Mesa Lookout Tower

Centrally located in the Grand Valley, on the edge of a Redlands Mesa, sits our Southwestern adobe style house. An outside staircase takes you up to the tower guest room. There is ample parking and a culdesac. It's fisherman friendly with a turn around driveway to accommodate dories or rafts. The valley is known for its orchards, wineries and vineyards. Stay at Western Culture Farmstead & Creamery. Enjoy an intimate goating experience at a working goat farm & creamery. You will have an entire apartment with private entrance. It is a spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath with partial kitchen. Includes a large covered patio with a grill and lovely views. Western Culture Farmstead is located 1 mile outside of Paonia, close enough to ride your bike. Enjoy some private time hanging out with the goats, they are very therapeutic & love a snuggle!

Elderberry's suite is a comfortable, cozy one-bedroom apartment attached to our classic 1908 farmhouse and located on a 4-acre herb farm, herbal education center in the unique creative town of Paonia. If you love nature, herbs, orchards or vineyards, you'll feel right at home here. Minnesota creek runs through the farm; we are right on the edge of town, adjacent to Juniper & Sage hills with views of beautiful snow-capped mountains . And ... we have decent fiber internet for Zooming!

Views of the surrounding mountains are breathtaking.Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space is on your own floor, completely separated from our upstairs space and with a private entrance. Enjoy a self-serve continental breakfast with freshly ground coffee and an assortment of teas. The location is quiet and private, yet so close to town.

Our Yurt is a perfect winter sojourn. Between the Rockies and the desert, only 2 miles from Paonia, is a luxury yurt placed on a large wrap-around redwood deck. Hovering above the North Fork of the Gunnison River, your private sanctuary is far removed from neighbors and intrusions. Enjoy this peaceful oasis on the edge of town, an easy walk to the heart of Paonia. In the summer help yourself to our lush garden with plenty of raspberries, apples, almonds, peaches, and more. In the winter, enjoy the cozy gas fireplace in the living room. Solar panels on the roof will offset any electricity you use. A work station with views of the quiet garden and 150mbps fiber internet will enable you to work or attend school remotely.

Sunshine Cottage

Live like a local in our cozy little cottage! We renovated a garage which is located by our house on 10 acres of land and recently put in a seating area with Pergola. Our land is south facing on a mesa with a beautiful view of the mountains. We grow 5 acres of medicinal herbs, vegetables and berries. Lots of coming and going on the farm so hopefully you like people and be prepared for a lot of activity. Looking forward to hosting you:)

The Solargon

The Solargon is inspired by elements of Asian yurts, Navajo hogons and Native American hidatsa lodges. Combined with passive solar design principles, the solargon is an octagonal structure designed to take full advantage of the sun. The vaulted ceilings and plentiful windows make the solargon bright and inviting. This is a perfect spot for solo travelers or couples looking for a quiet, off the beaten path place to get away from it all.
