Villen als Ferienunterkünfte in Paphos

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Midea‘s Haus. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt von der Buchung bis zum Auschecken. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, das Haus sehr sauber und toll gelegen in Strandnähe. Als Willkommensgruß gab es Wein und Obst. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

We had an amazing 2 weeks staying at such a beautiful villa. We are familiar with the area so for us was very easy to find and to get around. Beverley is an amazing host and responds to any questions extremely quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending this for a lovely peaceful holiday. We ❤️ Cyprus.

We had a wonderful stay in Pissouri. The house was in a perfect location, up on a hill with a stunning view. The property was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and really spacious. The patio area with the pool was so lovely - the pool was clean and the loungers provided gave a real holiday vibe. There is also a very large (and very good!) BBQ which we really enjoyed using. The local village had lots of different eateries and a really friendly and relaxed vibe, there was also a lovely restaurant up on the hill a short walk from the house which also had a fantastic view and amazing food. There were so many different places you could visit within a very short drive, going down to the coast was only about 10 minutes in the car. It was also very accessible for Paphos and Mt Olympus. Rose is a fantastic host and was always available for any questions I might have had. Overall it was a really great experience and we are looking forward to visiting again!

Eine unglaubliche Unterkunft, die meine Erwartungen völlig übertroffen hat. Es gibt einen riesigen Pool, schattige Plätze unter Olivenbäumen, einen Open Air-Barbereich (mit Musik), eine große gemütliche Terrasse mit verschiedenen Grillgelegenheiten; und jeder Platz für sich ist es wert, ein Glas Wein zu genießen. Aber das aller Beeindruckendste ist die gigantische Aussicht! Man sieht auf die umliegenden Dörfer, die Berge und das Meer. Und bei jedem Blick entdeckt man etwas Neues. Die Küche und der Wohnbereich sind riesig, die Schlafzimmer gemütlich. Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt, ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

This villa was lovely,even more so than the photos spacious ,clean just lovely,the pool was a lovely size ! We had a fabulous time ! Pradeep was the perfect host ,always answered any questions,very helpful,we also had a late flight so all the shops were closed but Pradeep had left us some milk,bread etc just a lovely touch ! The area itself is beautiful very peaceful,private ! Lovely villa Lovely host !!!

Fabulous place. It was a beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay. Nearby restaurants at Aphrodite Hill resort we're lovely but it was really easy to get to alternative local eateries. Close to the major road between Paphos and Limassol we were able to get to both quickly. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

This spacious and sunny house is located in a quiet neighbourhood (during winter, at least) and offers a parking spot (we fit two small cars) and several balconies. Kitchen is fully equipped, as are the three (!) baths. Communication was great.

The villa was just perfect for our big family vacation (18 people, incl 6 kids). Large spaces, beautiful, peaceful surrounding, walking distance hidden beach etc. Can just recommend!

David was a fantastic host. It felt like nothing was too much trouble. Always on hand when we had questions and quick to respond. The Villa is beautiful and it would be hard to beat the view from the terrace/pool area! Stunning! Would not hesitate to book this villa again in the future. If you're a Brit visiting Cyprus for the first time, hire a car as they drive on the same side as us, so it was really easy to get around. Also plug sockets are the same, so no need for adaptors!

We had such a great stay at this villa! It’s beautiful, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. The area is really quiet and peaceful, with an amazing view. The garden is huge and the pool was perfect. Florin was super responsive and took care of everything we needed. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay in a quieter area of Paphos. Beautiful conversion of a building which has retained natural features. Very comfortable beds with blackout curtains. Inside is lovely and clean with plenty of storage. We had everything we needed for a 1 week stay. The outdoor area is a lovely sun trap we had a great time relaxing by the pool. We were welcomed by George and Cula who were very hospitable. Local shops and old town are 5 mins drive away making it great to enjoy the town but come back to a quiet place. Would definitely recommend booking this and we look forward to coming back.

Beautiful villa and the views are fantastic. Pool was maintained during our stay too. Beds and pillows are extremely firm, could possibly be softer for a better nights sleep. The area was very quiet and tranquil but within a five minute walk to the main road and nearest bus stop (buses running every 20 minutes and cheap tickets, €2 each journey or a day ticket for €6.50). Can’t fault the experience and would definitely use them again.

Plenty of space for family of 7. Car hire essential as it’s a bit of a walk to shops / beach.

One of the best villas (villa itself+location+service) we have ever rented and we often hire villas twice the price in the world renowned Aphrodite Hills villa resort! Superb villa in dream location with direct access to the beach at end of garden - truly 5 star. The villa location was stunning with amazing sea vistas as soon as you open the front door - with a large, beautifully planted garden with palm trees waving in the breeze adding to the visual impact. Inside the villa was well equipped with quality furniture and sliding doors that opened right up so you can lounge on the comfy sofa and feel inside/outside living. Villa pics don’t do it justice - was all fantastic with everything needed incl nespresso machine not advertised. The second living room became our tech and movie room. The downstairs well-being area with proper massage bed was total luxury. The pool area was gorgeous - large, clean paved area with comfy sunloungers. As we were there in October we had arranged pool heating and the pool was meticulously maintained every day with temp 30 degrees - clean, well treated and warm enough for kids and even grandparents all day! The location is a mix of villages and fields running down to the sea with restaurants, shops a 5 min drive away and the buzz of latchi marina a 10 min drive. BUT The host makes this villa extra special. Maria arranged in villa dining for us (well priced) and in villa massage treatment (one of best I have had). We had requested specific groceries and Arkadios made sure these were all in the villa unpacked and ready for us - with no extra charge above the receipt provided. Honesty makes it for me and Arkadios gave us a 30% return on pool heating charge as the energy cost had been less than he thought - reflects fact that the family owners truly want you to have the best holiday and go extra mile to make it happen. (Maria even brought us a home-made cheesecake as a gift and Kostas gifted me gin for my sundowners!!) Highly recommend.

Hea peatumiskoht suuremale seltskonnale. Meid oli 7 inimest ja kõigile jagus majas privaatsust. Super mõnus bassein, kus sai lõõgastsuda ja nautida vaadet merele. Vastutulelik ja abivalmis majutaja. Meil oli esimene õhtu probleem elektriga, aga saime kiirelt abi tänu majutaja kiirele reageeringule. Ringi liikumiseks parem rentida auto. Lähedal asub üks restoran, mis on jalutades 15-20 min kaugusel.

בית מקסים, מרווח מאד ומתאים למשפחה גדולה. יש בבית הרבה פינות ישיבה בחוץ ופנים. מקלחות גדולות ומרווחות. כל החדרים וחלל הבית עם מזגנים. הגינה מהממת והבריכה מדהימה. כל החדרים גדולים ומרווחים. הבית נקי מאד. היו חסרים מוצרים בסיסיים כמו סבון כלים, שקיות אשפה, ועוד כמה פריטים בסיסיים שיכלו להקל. באופן כללי נהנינו מאד. הבית ממוקם בעיירה נחמדה ולא רחוק מאיזור מתוייר עם הרבה מסעדות. הבית מקסים ונתן תחושה של בית. נהנינו מאד מהשקט ומהסביבה הרגועה. בהחלט נחזור שוב.

We had an amazing experience during our stay at Villa Boyd. As a family, with young children, we found the space to be perfect for our needs Everything was truly exceptional and exceeded all of our expectations. The place was clean and well-maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The attention to detail and commitment to providing a welcoming environment were evident in every aspect of our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was clean and inviting. Even in the evenings, the water was at a pleasant temperature for swimming. The helpful recommendations and quick responses to any questions made us feel truly cared for and valued as guests. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a truly exceptional stay.

Ein schönes geräumiges Haus mit vielen Badezimmern / WCs. Viele Gartenmöbel an diversen Stellen im Garten und Balkon. Hinweis: bei kühler Witterung im Winter vor dem Mietbeginn Heizung einschalten. Besonders das Umfeld / die Straßen in Pine Bay haben uns sehr gut gefallen. HIer hat eine solide hochwertige Stadtplanung für ein ansprechendes Umfeld gesorgt.

Accommodation as described, issues whilst there were responded to quickly via message and maintenance arranged. Lovely location with easy access to the public beach and local supermarket.

We had the best time at Jens AirBnB. It was easy to find, clean, spacious and exactly as described. Communication was always quick and easy. We definitely would come back and can't recommand this place enough. Thank you so much for everything Jens!!!

Greate private house in an upscale neighborhood with everything you need for a quite familiy location (incl. pool and bbq). Liza was responsive and easy going.

Really enjoyed our stay, beautiful location and villa was exactly what we were looking for. Great pool, clean, had everything you need. Daniels dad Leo was a good host, got some provisions in for our arrival which was very welcome as we arrived late. Leo would pop in to clean the pool but left us to it. Always friendly but didn't linger. Would definitely stay again if we travel back to the same area in Cyprus. Dragon cave is worth a visit for a swim and to see the sunset and within a 2 minute walk from the villa. One local restaurant within walking distance, good food and friendly. You won't find yellow sandy beaches on this part of the island but plenty of places along the coast where there are sunbeds and beach areas which are a pleasure to use. If you enjoy a less touristy area and a place that has maintained it's local charm this end of the island is ideal. Very friendly, and not overcrowded, which is what we look for in a holiday.
