The cottage is less than two minutes walk from the tidal River Fowey where there is a slipway suitable for launching small watercraft. A level 5 min walk will take you into the town where there are many historic buildings and a variety of independent shops, several pubs, restaurants, cafe's and a co-op. Lostwithiel Railway Station is on the mainline from London to Penzance.

It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor (kitchen, dining area and lounge with direct access to the garden), plus a downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a cosy bedroom with a king-size bed, a lovely bathroom and another lounge taking advantage of the beautiful harbour and sea views. Private courtyard garden with laundry and access to the harbour and private parking directly outside the cottage.

The Burrow is a quirky and snuggly little bolthole. Small, well behaved dogs are welcome. (No large breeds. Maximum cocker spaniel size, PLEASE respect this). Enjoy the fenced, enclosed garden with views across the fields. A short walk from the local dog friendly pub. kitchen, lounge with woodburner (logs supplied). Smart TV, wifi, king size bed, (electric blanket in winter), air fryer, shared washing machine/dryer, parking and storage for bikes etc. Private hot tub, (bring flip flops!)

Treetops is a lovely recently renovated modern first floor flat with two bedrooms. The flat has an open plan kitchen diner living area make it perfect for families with children and dogs! The flat is a one minute walk from the main carpark where you can jump on the local town bus or a five minute walk down the the hill to the main high street! The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and microwave. The washing machine is located in the outhouse in the garden!
