The house was the perfect getaway. The attention to detail was amazing, from the bath bomb in the bath to the duck food left for us to feed the ducks. It was a peaceful location and beautiful surroundings. Casey was a great host. We will definitely be coming back!

This is a very comfortable home, and well appointed. The house was warm when we arrived (reasonably late in the afternoon). The house has everything you need, and is good value for money.

Man wohnt quasi mitten in der Natur und der Blick über den Wald ist wundervoll. Hier wurde ein kleines Refugium geschaffen mit all den selbstgefertigten Holz- und Handwerksarbeiten. Respekt! Wir haben die Natur und das Haus sehr genossen. Der Weg zum Haus ist tatsächlich etwas steiler und die Warnung nur leichtes Gepäck mitzunehmen sollte ernst genommen werden, da es keinen Lastenaufzug für schwere Koffer gibt.

Wow I don't even know where to begin. Lou and Dion were so warm and welcomed us into their house (which is situated on the farm). The highlight of our stay was the farm tour. Highly recommended for BOTH kids and adults. It's a separate fee of 250nzd at our time of stay and it was well worth it. Dion took us up to his farm up on his 4WD and we went up the mountains where the views are unparalleled and we could get up close and personal with the cows, sheeps, and his sheepdog as well. He shared personal experiences as well as interesting facts about the farm. This beats and commercial stay or visit to a farm. Lou was also very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. We met with a situation where our car was in a ditch and Lou was so kind to send her nephews Isaac and Hamish to help tow us out of the situation. My family is extremely grateful for their help and hospitality. If you're visiting lake tekapo or any of the surroundings, just stay here already!

Favorite stay for my family during our trip to Ashburton. Leonie was very attentive to details and had everything prepared for us. She even switched on the heaters for us before we checked in, so that we can have a warm accommodation in the chilly weather. Her place has everything we need and more, including a games room which our family had great fun in. Her place was also spacious, perfect for families. Highly recommended!

Nice place to stay. Good for what we're after. Had very minimal cooking equipment in the home, but wasn't a problem for us. Nice big tv and couch.

Feels like home. We had a great stay. So excited 1st time using a wood fireplace!! Thanks for the great accommodation

Tracy's place is such a peaceful location with great views of the mountains. Everything you need for a comfortable relaxing stay. We thoroughly recommend to other guests.
