Beautiful resort. The recreation center was a great bonus with kids. The house is on the smaller size, but still fit a family of four. Close enough to downtown but also far enough away to enjoy a more quiet and peaceful neighborhood. House had all the necessary amenities. Will absolutely consider staying here for future Breckenridge trips.

We loved staying at Tyler’s place for the weekend. The place is very quiet, my daughter was able to sleep very well despite being a place away from home and her difficulty to sleep overall. The apartment was also very clean and just like it looks like in the pictures. We would love to come back in the near future. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Tyler!

This was our first time in Breckenridge and Taylor’s place was the perfect spot for our visit. It was clean, well stocked with everything you needed and a wonderful location. We walked right to peak 9 to ski and walked to lots of different restaurants for our meals. One night we ate in and had everything we needed at the place to do so. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tubs. Taylor was proactive and very responsive. We will be back to stay.

Great location. Bus took you right to the lifts. Great place with enough space, we had 2 adults and 2 teenagers. I recommend!

Jesse's spot was top notch. Place was kept in pristine condition, was well-stocked with tons of linens and bedding (extra pillows, blankets, etc.), kitchen utensils, etc. Easy walk to Peak 9 and Snowflake Lift, right outside the Yellow/Brown (and Gray in spring) lines for the Breck Free Ride bus. About a 10-12 minute walk to downtown or a 2 minute drive (including Gondola). Finishes are high-end, this was a premium spot in terms of townhouses in Breck. Overall, Jesse was an excellent host and was incredibly responsive to my questions / inquiries (and also very proactive as we were getting checked in). Would highly recommend!

So convenient to be able to hop on the ski lift in the morning (very short walk) and ski to the back of the condo in the afternoon- lived the location!

Amanda was a great host. The condo was perfect for our large family. Plenty of space for us to gather. We walked right to the gondola to get us on the hill. And it was great that we could snowboard off the hill and then only walk a short distance back to condo.

This property was great! When you first walk in you immediately think cozy & comfortable. The location was great! Just a quick walk across the street from downtown. I really liked the safety of having a parking garage. Beds were super comfy & everything was clean and welcoming.

If you’re going to do a ski-in/ski-out spend the money and stay here. I have stayed at countless places in Breck throughout the years. This condo was the most expensive, but had the most dollar for value as well.

Absolute gem of a place! Our family of five couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home for the week. Amazing location, comfy beds, great steam shower. Loved the nearby hot tubs. Close walk to skiing and shops/restaurants!

This is an amazing location. Near Breck downtown and basically the main street. The place is warm in winter allowing you to enjoy after your Snowboard day. John and Kimberly are always in contact whenever you need anything and they got amazing suggestion. This is simply an must in your Breck stay!

We had a great stay at Ashley's place. The rooms and amenities were as advertised. The furnishings are a little dated as other reviewers have said, but the house was clean, everything worked well and it was in a great location. The gas fireplace was a really nice plus after a day of skiing. Thanks Ashley!
