Relaxing stay, safe neighborhood, beautiful pool and good value for the apartment was a great location to be close to friends that I was visiting. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice studio apartment with a very attentive host. It’s in a nudist resort and we enjoyed just being natural with all the other people. The pool area requires an entry fee and it has two nice bars serving decent food. Saturday night is a blast so go have some fun and enjoy yourselves. The room has a great king size bed with a large high def TV. This is a fun place to stay.

The house was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient, close to downtown Zephyrhills. The yard was perfect for my dog. I will book again when I’m back in town.

Directions were clear, the gentleman at the Guard House were very friendly and the place is not only Gorgeous, Spotless and looks just like the pictures. Very Peaceful Setting!

Beautiful place the shower was amazing and the local springs are amazing! The snow park is 30 minutes away and so nice!

I had a great experience at the Safari Suite at Paradise Lakes! From the moment I arrived, it was clear to me that this place was designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The suite is beautifully decorated and feels luxurious and cozy. The amenities were top notch - everything was super clean and all the essentials were provided. The pool and common areas were also well maintained, offering a great way to relax and meet other friendly guests. As for the location, it was ideal! Close enough to explore nearby attractions, but secluded enough to feel like a true retreat. The hosts were wonderful - always attentive and quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend the Safari Suite for anyone looking to get away and enjoy a unique and relaxing getaway!

Cozy little house on the hill that has everything you need. This is the second time me and my wife usedTeri’s Air BnB because we feel right at home.

Stayed at Attila’s place for my daughter’s spring tennis camp. Condo was clean and as shown in the photos. Kitchen had all the utensils and silverware to cook a proper meal. There is a Keurig machine with complimentary Keurig cups which I used everyday, thank you. There was no dishwasher detergent and Attila had it delivered same day even though he was out of the country on vacation. Also I needed an iron to iron an outfit I was going to wear that evening and Attila had it delivered same day, though mailman delivered it to the wrong unit and I didn’t get it till the next morning. Regardless, Attila made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Bathrooms were squeaky clean and have some of the best rain shower heads that I have ever used. Maybe I am from California and our shower heads are capped at a lower flow rate, but Attila’s shower heads were the highlight of my stay. Already booked a month in the summer for tennis camp just because of the shower heads.

We had a great visit at Angelisse’s place! Very clean space and beautiful outdoor space. Hosts were very quick to communicate if I had a question or about any occurrence. Quiet neighborhood and we felt very comfortable and at home. Would recommend for anyone to stay!

What a beautiful location. Right on the Gulf views are exceptional. Apartment was as advertised very nice clean and functional. King bed was a bonus and comfortable .Stormie was a great host and real quick to respond to our inquiries. Alennis’ place is exactly how pictured. The location is great bc it’s close to The Grove but the actual place is peaceful and quiet. Completely separate from the main house, the patio was beautiful as was the interior. Everything was immaculately clean and the design was tastefully done. The kitchen had everything we needed and the rooms had individual ac units. Just a really well thought out Airbnb with privacy and comfort in mind. Alennis was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend these hosts enough! Spotlessly clean, above and beyond communication, and not to mention the comfiest bed I have stayed in away from home. We booked last minute for this stay and cannot be more grateful for how positive of an experience this was. Will be booking again.

We loved our stay here, the community is so kind and the location is beautiful, we walked down to the pier every evening to watch the sunset!

Beautifully renovated condo with all the necessities provided for a comfortable stay. The bed was outstanding. The bathroom was large with a nice size stand up shower and good water pressure. The patio was a nice spot to enjoy the sunrise with my morning coffee and provided an excellent view of the 15th hole tee box. The heated pool was never crowded and was only a short walk away. The resort itself was beautifully landscaped with many varieties of trees and vegetation throughout. The many ponds on the property were abundant with all kinds of birds and wildlife. The property is in a great location with major roads, restaurants and shopping centers close by. My host Annie was friendly and very responsive whenever I had a question or issue. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable residence on a beautiful piece of property in a great location.

We had a fantastic stay. Excellent communication and easy check in instructions. We loved the screened in porch and the mini refrigerator/freezer was very useful! Can't wait to come back!

This is our second year at Rich's place. We love the layout of this unit. Nice and roomy with generous sized bedrooms. We love that we can entertain our guests in comfort. This unit is on the first floor so we really enjoyed having coffee on the patio and watching the golfers go past.

Appreciated Sandy welcoming us to the rental. She was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and decorated in a warming color and comfortable atmosphere.

Rich's property is awesome and yes we did see the gator only once it did honor us with its presence, many restaurants and endless business to shop from went to the state fair and many other activties to do not to mention the beautiful weather, would greatly appreciate to stay at the this beautiful property when in this area. This was such a a great find. A really great price for a two bedroom/2 bath condo. The pictures don't do it justice. It is stunning inside and out. The sandlebrook resort area has wonderful walking paths with lots of nature all around. A quick 15 min walk and you are at their amazing pool, bar and restaurant area. All the staff are very friendly and you can watch people golf while at the pool or walking the grounds that are filled with many ponds, streams and amazing birds. Close to many shopping areas and restaurants. The host was great at communicating with us. We will definitely be re booking next year!
