This cozy, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1935, Hemingway style cottage is close to historic New Port Richey, Florida. Our house is renovated with modern equipment and comfortably furnished. It has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and WiFi. The bathroom is handicapped accessible. Both bedrooms have “queen” beds. Washing machine & dryer are in the Florida room, where you can also sit comfortably at a table with 6 chairs. The garden is fenced and there is parking for cars and boats.

Quaint, Comfortable and home-like. The cottage and main house share two acres. This pet-free cottage is tucked behind the main house, unattached and with ample privacy. It was built in 1950. It is well maintained and fully stocked. Close to town but feels secluded. Conveniently located close to hospitals, shopping, restaurants, schools, golf courses. It is a safe, quiet area. The unit is squeaky clean.
