Scott is a very responsive and helpful host, friendly and always ready to help resolve any issues. I think they are still putting the final pieces in place after the hurricane, but anything missing he immediately supplied. We really loved the back yard, and the house is quaint and enjoyable. They did have an issue with the drainage system, but it sounds like they are dealing with it. It felt like that may be more of a structural issue that needs attention, but assuming it is dealt with, highly recommend this place for a lovely, relaxing vacation.

Conny welcomed my family at the door and gave us a quick tour of the house. She was very helpful and quick to respond. She left us a gift basket. We felt welcomed and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. Quaint Paradise was as described. We will definitely be back when we come back to the area.

Loved this area and how peaceful it is. This neighborhood itself is adorable with a friendly safe welcoming vibe. The neighbors are awesome, super friendly and helpful. The house was great very comfortable and relaxing stay. Very clean and smelled great. The weather was perfect and we were in the backyard most of the time. Haven’t seen my kids off electronics like this in forever. They had so much fun fishing off the dock and playing corn hole. We enjoyed taking the golf cart to the beach and watching the sunset with the kids. Kayaking was great to watch the sunset as well. There were a few minor mishaps (things that just happen) but the owners were quick to respond and offer a solution to any issue we had. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family that want a more lowkey beach vacation.

Krisztina is an amazing host! She was proactive, responsive, thorough, friendly, thoughtful, conscientious and kind. We appreciate her attention to detail and her consideration of water safety for her guests, (door alarm and motion sensor on patio). We spent countless hours in the pool and poolside with several small children and appreciated having multiple safety mechanisms in place! We also appreciated the outdoor cameras on the property with the ability to view the cameras on the TV inside the home! We would definitely recommend spending time at Krisztina’s home- and look forward to doing so in the future!

the photos do not do justice! such a beautiful place to stay, local restaurants walking distance, we caught fish and crab right off the back and the pool illuminates beautiful into the night sky. everything was so clean, it's the perfect pair for the avid fisherman and the relaxer. There is so much seating inside and out, the bar kitchen, screen patio, outside upper deck patio, and poolside. I consider this to be the BEST airbnb we have ever stayed at and hope to come back, I would like to make this my familys new tradition!

Doreen was a FANTASTIC host. Very helpful with check in and the slight misunderstanding I had at checkout. She was very understanding and accommodating! We look forward to staying here again because this house was perfect for our family ❤️

This house was immaculately clean. I don’t like my baby crawling on hotel floors, but this house was cleaner than a hotel. It exceeded all of my expectations and was even better in person. They even had baby items such as a high chair. My son (10) and nephew (17) loved having their own side of the house. The little goodies left out, such as toothbrushes and q-tips was a nice touch. There was amble detergent for use and an awesome espresso machine. The big comfy bed in the huge master bedroom with a private bathroom was amazing. Do not sleep on this place! It is my new go to for the Spring Hill area and I plan to return to this same spot if I’m lucky enough to get the chance to rebook it!

We (2 adults, 2 kids 4 and 8 years) had a brilliant week at Gerson’s place, and didn’t want to leave! The heated pool is fantastic and we loved fishing and kayaking off the dock. We had bbqs in the backyard and the indoors was spacious and clean. Around the area there was lots to do, we went to Crystal River, Honeymoon Island, Tampa Bay Rays Baseball and Tarpon Springs, and there was a lot more available. Sam’s restaurant 1km away on the seafront was brilliant at sunset, with great food and dolphins swimming by. We’d love to come back! It’s a special place.

Cascades place was terrific. Great location near restaurants, beautiful property and gorgeous sunsets. Chickens and kitty were just a bonus. would highly recommend staying here.

I would definitely rate this place with 10 stars if it was posible. My time at the bohemian suit was excellent. It is the perfect place to relax and rest from the daily life, surrounded by nature. Very peaceful atmosphere. Aldo was a great host, very kind, provided clear instructions and it was always on top of every need we could have. The decoration was excellent, very detailed and colorful, thoughtfully designed, very beautiful room. The room was spotless, very clean, smelled amazing since the moment we got there. The bed sheets and towels smelled great, the kitchen and bathroom were very organized, clean, and equipped with everything we could have needed, the bed was very comfortable. The coffee area had a variety of options to pick. I absolutely loved it since I’m a coffee lover. Aldo provided us with drinks and snacks, he even left a nice gift bag thanking us for our stay. Would definitely go back and I would recommend this place a 100%. Thank you Aldo for the great experience!!!

Stayed at Attila’s place for my daughter’s spring tennis camp. Condo was clean and as shown in the photos. Kitchen had all the utensils and silverware to cook a proper meal. There is a Keurig machine with complimentary Keurig cups which I used everyday, thank you. There was no dishwasher detergent and Attila had it delivered same day even though he was out of the country on vacation. Also I needed an iron to iron an outfit I was going to wear that evening and Attila had it delivered same day, though mailman delivered it to the wrong unit and I didn’t get it till the next morning. Regardless, Attila made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Bathrooms were squeaky clean and have some of the best rain shower heads that I have ever used. Maybe I am from California and our shower heads are capped at a lower flow rate, but Attila’s shower heads were the highlight of my stay. Already booked a month in the summer for tennis camp just because of the shower heads.

We had a great visit at Angelisse’s place! Very clean space and beautiful outdoor space. Hosts were very quick to communicate if I had a question or about any occurrence. Quiet neighborhood and we felt very comfortable and at home. Would recommend for anyone to stay!

We spent two weeks here. Beautifully remodeled, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the patio in the back. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Cute, cozy and comfortable. This place was perfect for the two of us for a 3-day getaway to New Port Richey and nearby Tarpon Springs. We were very happy with the place and would recommend without hesitation. Bed was very comfortable and we made use of the extra blanket and towels. Shower was nice and hot and had a full dispenser for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Good size fridge with freezer and we appreciated the welcome bottled waters and sodas. Yisel was very friendly and responsive to our inquiries and requests. Loved nearby Pam's Country Restaurant for a great breakfast.

This is our second year at Rich's place. We love the layout of this unit. Nice and roomy with generous sized bedrooms. We love that we can entertain our guests in comfort. This unit is on the first floor so we really enjoyed having coffee on the patio and watching the golfers go past.

My family and I stayed for 11 nights. Ezra greeted me and gave me a tour of the place, she was very concerned about our comfort. The condo was equipped with many amenities that made it feel like home; plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, storage containers, garbage bags, laundry soap. There were many small kitchen appliances, toaster, coffee maker, blenders, lots of extra sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Having a washer/dryer and dish washer, vacuum, brooms were really helpful. There were some high end finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The Lazy-boys in the living room were very comfortable. The property was so pretty and peaceful. The gated community gives a sense of safety. I loved the access to a private patio overlooking the golf course. It’s a shame the pool and recreation facilities are not available for Airbnb guests, but I knew that in advance.

Loved our Gulf Island stay. Beautiful Pool, comfy King size bed and a wonderful private balcony overlooking the Gulf! Even though the kitchen is a little dated, it is clean & functional. We would definitely book again. Thanks!

We had a great time. Sandy was very helpful by letting us check in late and helping us get through the community gate and settle in. She was also available during our stay for questions as needed. Unit fit what we needed for our stay and worked out great. As an extra bonus we found the bed very comfortable so that added to the rest and relaxation. Neighbors were great and also made the stay very enjoyable. We will be back and looking forward to working with Sandy in the future.

Very clean condo. Francis and Brad were very quick to respond to anything we needed. The only thing we needed was for the water filter to be replaced on the refrigerator, and Brad was there within the hour to replace it.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is perfect for a getaway. We felt safe and relaxed the whole time. Everyone we we met around the place was very welcoming and friendly. We will be back and will always check to see if this place is open to stay.

Large, clean, comfortable and safe apartment with beautiful views. The people on the complex were friendly. We could happily live here!!! Susana gave clear instructions and was responsive and helpful.

This was a perfect getaway. Fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, lots of wildlife, amazing heated pool, and the space was relaxing and chill. We even got in a few games of tennis,

loved the area and condo. We had a nice view of the pool, lagoon and Gulf. Condo had everything we needed. We saw dolphins and manatees. All restaurants we tried were great. Mike was a wonderful host and we would love to come again.
