모든게 완벽하고 좋았습니다. 다만 만약 자가용 없이 도보로 이동하기엔 만약 차가 없딤면 밤에 대형견들이 돌아다녀 도보로 이동하기엔 조금 힘든위치입니다. 하지만 남들에게 방해받지 않고 프라이빗하게 시간을 보내고싶다면 적극 추천합니다. 호스트분도 친절하고 답변이 빠릅니다. 매우 만족스럽고 좋은시간 보내다 갑니다.

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

House location is perfect for family. Save with good security guard, private, quite yet near to amenities and the beach. The pool is clean and very chill to hang outside beside the pool. I would definitely stay again.

The house is exactly the same as in the picture and everything was perfect during our stay, the host quickly reply to our questions , house is big and enough for all of us, we will definitely come back!!

My first time booking an AirBnB was a very pleasant experience and I have to thank Li for that. He is, for sure, a very kind and fair host. Firstly, finding the location, all the way from Bangkok, was made very easy with Li's instructions, photos and diagrams. We arrived a couple hours into check in time and found Li, himself, giving the place an extra clean even though cleaners were present a little earlier and it already looked pristine and fresh. The villa was cosy, homely, clean and spotless. Everything in working order. Electricity surcharge was expected, as is with most private property bookings in Pattaya, and was very fair. Li is an extremely hospitable host who went above and beyond expectations and duty. He assigned cleaners every other day for the property, pool and garden. He gave us his phone number and insisted we call him for anything, which we did, and he was available at every beck and call even giving us advice about the local area and things to do. Thank you.

新房子设施也都很新，在别墅区，很安静，出门去哪里都方便，我们到的时候很晚了，房东特意让阿姨过来接待。小朋友很喜欢玩泳池，水很干净

Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen gated Community. Von den Nachbarn haben wir so gut wie gar nichts mitbekommen. Direkt gegenüber ist ein 7-Eleven. Ece hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und konnte uns immer weiterhelfen :). Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kommt in ca. 25 min dorthin, wo mehr los ist (Restaurant, Massagen, kleine Shops). Zum Strand würden wir empfehlen ein Taxi zu nehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Amazing property and amazing host

just returned home after 2 lovely weeks staying here, we used the pool everyday it was always clean and fun, our host was responsive on all communications and staff delt with any requirements. All in all had a wonderful time.
