Set amongst pohutukawa trees, this original 50's holiday house is located right on Whangamata beach. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from the deck and huge front lawn. The famous Whenuakura (Donut Is.) is opposite as well as Hauturu Motu (Clark Is.), accessible on foot at low tide - a Kiwi rite of passage. Minutes to the local shops, bars and cafes and a short walk to the nearest convenience store. A great children's playground can be found at Island View Reserve at the end of the road.

A fantastic location and a great house in this family-friendly place. A few steps away from the surf club and reserve. Two walkways taking you to the beach., (no roads to cross). A safe cul-de-sac for children. Pets welcome. No extra guest surcharges. Fill up the outside hot tub with water, light the fire and have a hot water bath!! A beautiful seaside house in a very special area

This is a very comfortable contemporary style beach house only a short walk to a magnificent beach,very sort after by holiday makers.The family can walk to the beach and not cross any roads.This is on one of New Zealand's most beautiful coasts with great walks hiking and fishing not to mention the surf. My wife and I are close to this property and I can help you with your stay if required and make sure you get the most out of your stay if required. I can sort fishing or diving trips .
