This home is truly situated in paradise. This is our second time in Sandestin and we made it a point to come again due to beach access and Baytowne Wharf. The home is clean and spacious with a beautiful view. The golf cart included is what made this stay even better. We can easily travel to the beach, pools and the restaurants within the community with ease. The beach towels and chairs included made traveling a lot lighter for us. The hosts instructions for check in and check out were clear. And although we didn’t require any assistance during our stay (which is a good thing), they did provide outlets of communication in the event that we needed anything. We will be returning guests for sure.

Lou was an amazing host, always very responsive and always making sure all was well with our stay. He made several recommendations for Dinner. We ended at Scooter's where the food was AMAZING!! "The Big House was excellent for our group of 18. The Children loved the pool and the Volleyball court was a HUGE hit for both children and adults. The Beach was very close and easy to access. The house is spacious and very well maintained. We would for certain go to Navarre, FL again and stay in this precious home, if Lou would have us that is. We are very grateful for all your Hospitality Lou. We had an Amazing time staying at your lovely home.

Our group loved our stay at Destin for Greatness. We had everything we needed and plenty of room for 8 people. The pool was convenient and the beach shuttle was so helpful and quick! We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our girls trip!

We took our kids and grandkids for a week and had a blast! Denise answered all of my questions and went above and beyond in taking care of us! She deserves the 5 star rating!!! We had a flat on the golf cart while we were out having lunch and it was fixed before we were finished with our food.

I cannot recommend this place enough. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. We made good time on our drive and got into town earlier than anticipated, and they had no problem with us checking in early. This place has everything you could possibly want for your beach vacation. The kitchen is well-stocked, and there were plenty of grilling tools as well. The living room was very comfortable, and we loved watching baseball on the nice big TV after a day at the beach. The beds are comfy with a wide selection of pillows and extra throw blankets if needed. The bathrooms are also well-stocked with toiletries and plenty of towels. The closets are spacious with many hangers to unpack your clothes. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and peaceful. The pool was never too busy, and made for a nice quick dip. The beach is close, and never too crowded. I highly recommend Bella Luna Italian Bistro on the corner. We hope to come back here someday soon!

My entire family of 11 (5 adults 6 children) had an amazing time visiting the area. This villa was exactly as described. It had so much space in the bedrooms, living area and kitchen. We had plenty of room for the entire family. The golf carts were a plus plus plus!!!! Joan was a very responsive host. I would definitely stay here again.

This place surpassed my expectations! The hosts were absolutely amazing and the home was everything that I could have hoped for and more. Viewing the sunrise/sunset from the balcony was such a beautiful experience! Also, the walk to local eateries and the access to the beach was perfect. I highly recommend for anyone looking for the perfect place to stay on vacation!

We loved our Spring Break with family and friends staying in SanDestin. We especially loved the golf carts and then a complete perk was being in the SanDestin community. We visited the village and pools, and could take them down to the shopping centers, and especially loaded up for the beach! We had to ask about a grill and had been bummed to not have one, but left a small one behind then.
