Stayin' N Stilly is a conveniently located 1,270 sq ft, 3/1.5, clean home with a fun backyard just minutes from the beautiful OSU campus! The property faces a large park area in a peaceful neighborhood. In March, we purchased JJ's House, a 5-star-rated property, and updated it to make it our own- "Stayin' N Stilly!" Although we are new to Stillwater, we are not new to providing 5-star experiences! We are committed to working with each guest to provide service that exceeds expectations. Enjoy!

This 12 year old home is located on 2.5 acres just east of Stillwater, 0.5 miles east of Payne Co. fairgrounds, 3 miles to Stillwater and OSU. 4 bedrooms with a split floor plan, an open living area with a large kitchen. Country living yet easy access to Stillwater. Large wooded backyard with covered porch in front and backyard. Firepit, grill, fenced area for dogs. Open space in front for large vehicles with plenty of parking.

Game Day House-Walk to campus

Located .8 miles from Boone Pickens Stadium. Our place is packed with a "College Vibe" atmosphere. Perfect to walk to campus, Joes, and the Strip. Inside is spacious and OSU themed. Kitchen has everything you need including an ice machine. Large fenced back yard with mature trees, patio, outdoor furniture and table. Plenty of parking on site and the street. We also own two houses on the same block. The Harry Potter House-sleeps 8 & the Tiny House-sleeps 3/4. Message us to rent all 3.

Enjoy a piece of history while staying in the Old Station guest cottage. Comfy & cozy for two guests, or ideal for a personal retreat, "Sparrow Cottage" includes its own private patio with gas grill as well as a separate fenced sitting area outside with fire pit. Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.
