5 stars Great house in a great location! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we saw a lot of wildlife right from the back patio—such a bonus. It was the perfect home base for exploring Sedona and all the surrounding attractions (and there are plenty!). Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here- the house is everything you could want and more. Stacy was an incredible host- very informative and responded quickly which I very much appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Sedona area!

We had a lovely stay at Rachel's home! The space was clean, bright, and well-appointed with just about everything we could ever ask for. The pool was wonderful and we had a couple of super relaxing days there. We will definitely be back!

This house is amazing. The views, the space, the pool, the location, all of it was fantastic. and Jared and Mitchell are great super communicative hosts. I don't think I waited longer than 10 minutes for a response from them.

This home really was home away from home. It was peaceful, clean, and provided everything we needed and wanted.

It was unseasonably cold and the heater didn’t work. But Lisa was very responsive to try to fix it remotely and when it couldn’t be fixed remotely, they did call in a tech and was fixed same day. Provided a refund for the inconvenience. Hot tub really only fit 2 people. Fit our needs. Beautiful surroundings.

So many great things to say about our stay here. The home is located next to a beautiful stream and that lovely sound of moving water is all you hear. It’s quiet and tucked in the mountains. It’s peaceful and cozy. I would say it was a bit tough to find but it was worth it!

Randy's place has been a favorite of ours for years! Randy is an Amazing host, and his home is clean and cozy. It also has a nice big yard for the dogs.

It was beautiful everywhere out there! They were very helpful and friendly without being intrusive. It looks exactly as the pictures show, a cozy get-away. I highly recommend a visit.

Great location with relaxing fenced in back yard. All the kitchen amenities you could ever need and super clean. And Heidi was a very thoughtful and responsive host.

Clear instructions from the host. The place was clean and homey, and it looked like the pictures. There were kitchen and bathroom supplies available also which was thoughtful. I didn’t have any issues with the place during my stay. Communicating with Tamara was easy. I stayed by myself as a solo traveler so safety was a priority for me, and I can say I felt safe there.

Great place to spend time and catch up with family. There are a lot of different spaces throughout the home for guests to enjoy. We enjoyed our stay and recommend to other large families or groups.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! Located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, it was the perfect getaway for our group of 6! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the showers had excellent water pressure—definitely a plus. We also loved the ceiling fan/light combo in the bedrooms; such a small detail but it made a big difference in comfort. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home and at ease. Highly recommended—we’d absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay at the house, it was exactly as listed. The location had some great views in addition to unique amenities like the glamping domes. Communication with Sancar was great and we overall really enjoyed our stay!

Loved the decor and there were plenty of dishes/glassware to choose from. The private patio was very welcoming and made for a perfect place to relax. Easy walk to great restaurants. Perfect location for day trips to Verde Canyon Railroad, Sedona or Jerome! Loved it!

The place is everything you would expect in a mountain paradise. The backyard is very beautiful and very well maintained. Very quiet neighborhood and lots of cool restaurants nearby, within 3 minutes. Close to a great grocery store. Short drive to downtown Sedona, within 15 minutes. Minutes from Bell Rock, very popular trails and stunning views. The house has a lot of space and we enjoyed our stay very much.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at TreeHouse Cabin was absolutely PERFECT! The hot tub was magnificent — soaking under the stars with snow all around was pure magic. The 360° views from the wraparound decks were breathtaking and the peaceful setting surrounded by the National Forest made it the perfect escape. The cabin itself is beautifully designed, exceptionally CLEAN, and loaded with amenities — two kitchens, two living rooms, a sauna, a massage chair, and even arcade games kept everyone entertained. Nights were so cozy and peaceful. Everything about this place was thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay here. We stayed for a month so really got to know it well and it is very comfortable. The house has EVERYTHING you would need or even think you'd need, from the kitchen to toys in the 'kid's room'! Some things to confirm about the listing - the driveway is very steep, it doesn't look bad in the pictures, but it is! The view from the covered deck is so much better, the pictures don't do it justice, beautiful! Over the course of a month we pretty much used everything in the house and it all is up to snuff and works well. I worked remotely and had no internet speed issues. The internet went out once and the host was super responsive and it was resolved quickly. From the house, we saw elk several times, And a coyote too! The primary bedroom with a king bed is upstairs, which is nice. The bed is very firm. Water pressure for the shower is good. You would need a car if you stayed here. The only thing my husband and I remarked on was the lack of cereal bowls. lol

I can totally see why guests stay/return here when they come to Cottonwood. The place is so quaint and charming! (Not to mention full of history and squeaky clean.) You are so close to Old Town. There’s a little framed old maid card that’ll melt your heart. I enjoyed reading about the history and artifacts in the scrapbook the owners put together.

Great place to stay in Cottonwood! The front porch and dog run was perfect for our pup. The space was very clean and cozy. The kitchen has the essentials but minimal extras if you plan to do a lot of cooking. The location was perfect for spending some time in Sedona and downtown Cottonwood. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s place! It had everything we needed and a beautiful view of the mountains. The hosts were super responsive and very friendly! They left tons of local recommendations for us that were super helpful. Thank you for a great few days!

A-MA-ZING. I have stayed in lots of AirBnBs around the world and this one is by far my favorite. The host went above and beyond with this home. It had everything you could possibly need. From kitchen to bathroom amenities. The touch of providing all the extra little things like laundry soap and face masks, is what made it stand out even more. The house was beautifully decorated and comfy inside and out. I 1,000,000 times recommend this place to anyone and everyone. It was a great location to Cottonwood and Sedona.

Home was immaculate, kitchen was well stocked and had great appliances. Hot tub worked great and beds were super comfy with great bed linens. Would definitely stay here again while visiting Sedona and surrounding areas. Ana was super responsive and helpful.
