Custom- built Barndo at Old 27 Ranch (upper house)

This is a custom built loft house attached to horse barn over looking acres of rolling green pastures. This horse property has been grandfathered into the city limits and has access to all the town has to offer. Yet peaceful, safe estate. Floor to ceiling windows, 2 level decking. Enjoy the views, bike (bike trail near) or walk/hike. Our land wraps around the Lake Opperman (not a sandy bottom lake) Bring your canoes and your books. A rural home near lakes country in Becker County. 15-minute drive to Detroit Lakes beach and Zorbaz 12-minute drive to Wefest at Soo Pass Ranch 45-minute drive to Fargo/Moorhead Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. *PLEASE NOTE* This property is near Little Cormorant Lake but does not have lake or shore access, however there is a public access with a boat launch one mile south if you’d like to bring your own boat, pontoon, jet ski, etc.
