Ryan and Katie were very kind and helpful. An Amazing Place to go relax and have actives to do too . We really enjoyed the experience of their wood burning hot tub . We did the Moyie water fall hike ,the river was high like we expected with spring run off. We still had a great hike . We also got to use their canoe too. Thank you very much for being able to rent your house and property.

We had an amazing stay with Rose and Brett. We were so Happy with views of the Lake and the mountains. The Super clean and cozy comfy two bedroom unit. The Hot Tub is a 10 out of 10 saltwater!!! We were sad to leave after staying for 6 weeks. We can't wait to come back next year. What wonderful hosts. Our fur babies had the Best time on the beach We loved our coast line walks. Thank You So Much for making our stay perfect.

Babs’ cabin is a little slice of paradise. From the bird call in the morning to watching the sunset over the lake, you’ll never want to leave. Babs herself is friendly and helpful, always available if you need anything, but respectful of your space if you want it. Not the first time I’ve stayed with Babs and it won’t be the last. Already booked to come back for some time in the summer. The kitchen has everything you need and the outdoor shower is blissful! Definitely bring water shoes and a backpack! Those stairs make it an adventure, but it’s worth every step!

Such a perfect location for a weekend getaway! We brought our three pups and everything from check in accommodations to the beautiful view of Moyie Lake to the cozy home was perfect! Would love to come back here when the lake is a little bit warmer so we can take advantage of the water 🤗

The views are breathtaking, with the river meandering gracefully through the landscape, and the surrounding nature adding to the overall charm. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. Every corner of the house and the surrounding area was spotless. You could tell that the hosts take great pride in maintaining this gem of a place. We felt instantly comfortable and at ease.

Kim and Travis’s lakeside hideaway is absolutely stunning! The photos truly don’t do it justice. The lake views were a highlight of our stay—whether we were relaxing on the front porch or enjoying the scenery from inside, it was always a peaceful and beautiful sight. The kitchen is another standout. It’s fully stocked, spacious, and perfect for cooking and gathering as a family. We loved how it was designed with plenty of room for everyone to pitch in, and it made mealtime a real treat. The loft setup is fantastic for kids—offering them their own space to play and relax, while still being connected to the family below. The location is wonderfully quiet and secluded, making it an ideal getaway for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature. On top of all of that, Kim and Travis were incredible hosts. Their communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. It made the whole experience even more enjoyable knowing they were so attentive to our needs.

Seasons is just a lovely resort-style development and extraordinary views of the lake - wonderful private beach and fun pool! Our condo was just perfect! Would definitely recommend and also would stay again!!

Upon walking into the condo you feel right at home. So spacious and cozy. It is beautifully decorated with an amazing lake view. The unit was fully equipped with everything needed. Just a short walk to the streets of downtown Sandpoint. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

We were looking for a place for some relaxation and family time. This place fit the bill perfectly. The area is beautiful, serene and quiet. Renee was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

This was my second time stating here and was even better than the first time. Beautiful setting. Very clean and private. Lived grilling on the bbq. Sitting in the hot tub and having a campfire right next to the river.

The home was warm, cozy and clean. Easily accessible, private and peaceful. Billie Jean was fantastic at communicating and was quick to respond. We arrived late and she left the lights on for us and had the temperature set to a comfortable and cozy setting. To top it off she left us a bowl of fresh chicken eggs to enjoy during our stay and continued to check in to ensure our experience was exceptional! Hands down would definitely stay again!

First time visiting Nelson, and we had decided to stay at Emilie’s cabin. The cabin was very cozy, and it even has its own beach. Suffice to say we were very satisfied with our stay. Emilie was very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need, she’s a fantastic host!

The location is stunning. Perfect for accessing the beach and the lake views from the deck are gorgeous. House could use some updating but our family settled in nicely and was comfortable throughout our stay. Kitchen has everything you could need and beds were comfortable. We would definitely book for next summer!

Doug and Tiffany were excellent hosts. We even met them personally and spent some time getting to know them. It’s always rewarding to get to know the host. We have rented many, and they are the second ones who went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and to see if we needed anything. I would recommend their place.
