Outside fun: 200' of sandy beachfront and trail, 2 wood firepits (wood supplied by guests), BBQ, lounging areas, 2 kayaks, 2 supyaks, 2 paddleboards, 12 lifevests, 55' LED-strip trex dock with 120v plugin, swim ladder, parking for 2+ boats. Inside: multi-game tables with pool, air hockey, and chess, movie room, an addt. TV area w/ fireplace. There are 2 King bedrooms, and bunkroom (5 beds).

Dirt bikers single track, hiking, fishing, great Recreation. Open concept, you will find lots of windows to enjoy the view and a large deck for entertaining. Has 3 bedroom and 2 bath and very spacious rooms. Extra downstair family room has a hide-a-bed for additional sleeping. Shared dock available. Paddleboat,Kayaks- amazing cabin and trails!

Bring your a ski-boat, or jet skis (boat launch nearby), or use our kayaks. Be aware, tho, if you're not in shape the path could be a struggle.

Welcome to our Cozy Cabin Retreat just 19 minutes north of Sandpoint. 4 acres of mature cedar trees and the crystal clear pack river. Perfect for couples or large groups, our property features an additional dry lodging cabin you can add to your booking based on your party’s needs. We don’t double book, so when you book, the whole property is yours to enjoy! The river is a great for swimming in July/August. Before this date, it’s too deep.
