This 2 bedroom, 1000 square foot luxury apartment is located in a small-town gentrified, eclectic neighborhood. The great room includes, kitchen, living, dining entry, laundry room. One bedroom has a Simmons queen bed. One bedroom has King bed, twin bed and twin sofabed (Novaform). Amenities include small washer/dryer, wifi, internetTV, fridge (with icemaker) and dishwasher. Our western view over the water features beautiful sunsets nightly, perfect to enjoy from the hot tub or next to the fire.

Our modern little ranch is located on 8 close in acres on a scenic well-maintained road where it is common to see elk, deer, turkey and even moose! It is an ideal location for a serene getaway or business travel but not suitable for parties. Very easy access to lake Coeur d'Alene and downtown area.

Adorable and stylish little studio on the 14th fairway at the Chewelah Golf Course and Country Club. Your private studio is attached to our main house but has a private separate entrance, it's own bathroom with rain shower head, a mini kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and cooking utensils. Our main house's patio is separated from the studio by a wall so they remain private. Come enjoy this beautiful golf course any time of year.
