Ferienunterkünfte mit Kamin in Pendeen

Visited with partner, mother in law and our two pet pooches and it was a lovely stay. tucked away at the bottom of the lane so very private. easy walk to the local pub which we bisited on muliple days, with the most friendly locals ( inc our unofficial tour guide Dave) who gave some great tips for local places ( many included in the guide provided by the hosts). Easy walk to the beach and over the sand dunes which was a lovely was to start each day and we visited Cove Cafe for a lovely breakfast and coffee before walking back. Very clean but homely feel with the furnishings and cute assessories around the house. the wood fire on an evening was beautiful. our local tip was to get the park and ride (train) to st Ives from St erth and it was a lovely way to see the coast line and only took 10 mins and was very affordable (£14 for whole day of parking and 3 adult tickets). spent an evening at Gilbert's for dinner which had lovely chill, laid back vibes. very responsive hosts! 5*

Lovely stay at the Long barn cottage. It was peaceful, we felt secured and restful after days out visiting places around Cornwall. The place was clean, nice and cozy. Thank you Sarah.

This place made for a great base and was good value; we were on a budget and it met all our needs. Beds were comfy and it never felt crowded with 7 of us staying. We could always get enough hot water and bedding and towels were clean. We never heard any noise outside or through walls. Sandra was very helpful and responsive and it was a lovely touch to arrive to milk, biscuits, tea and coffee.

Charming 2 levels townhome in a great location. Very walkable to the train, bus, and main shopping and dining thoroughfare. The permitted parking spot was a real premium. Note that the streets are very narrow in that historic section of Penzance, so drive with extra care. The hosts were communicative and able to arrange for a later check-out for us.

Perfect location beautiful views and the house was clean. We really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay there again. Hoping to go again this year.

We loved Anastasia’s home. Really couldn’t fault anything. The house is gorgeous and really spacious. We felt right at home immediately. It had everything we needed. We’ll definitely stay here again. The location was perfect too and everything we wanted to do while there was within walking distance. Loved it.

Beautiful, homely accommodation right next to the most amazing pub that serves great locally produced food. The location was just brilliant, right in the middle of a working fishing village with the most spectacular scenery. Access to walks along the costal paths were easy to find and even with the changeable weather we experienced during our stay we still managed to enjoy the views. Hannah was very quick to respond to any queries we had and a very helpful host, thank you Hannah. We would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again (in the vain hope that we may have some better weather)!

Absolutely fabulous location and host. The views were outstanding from living room/balcony. Lis was always on hand for guidance and recommendations. Lots of fabulous walking and amazing restaurants.

The apartment was fabulous, very spacious, amazing location for both walking to Swanpool beach and also Falmouth town centre.

What a special little cottage. So unique with it being so close to the waters edge and location to the harbour. The view out to sea from the main bedroom was stunning. Loved the little dressing room. Great shower. The cottage is well equipped. Loved it and will definitely return!! Great places to eat. We loved Cintra in the harbour which does small plates. Had a lovely lunch at Portminster kitchen overlooking the harbour. We did a fab walk at Pendeen followed by lunch at Gunards head pub. All places are dog friendly.

Exactly what we wanted. Small, cosy, homely apartment. Easy access to Falmouth and other places nearby. Good local food, first class fish and chips within 5 minutes, (portions are huge), and Pizza's within a couple of minutes. Both cooked to order. Traditional pub, drinking only, but you are welcome to take food in from other places, round the corner. Further restaurants within easy access. Falmouth beach 10 minute drive. The apartment was very quiet. Parking was an added bonus. Would we visit again? Without a doubt.

Really lovely self contained accommodation within easy walking distance of town. Had everything we needed for a stay away and Chris was helpful throughout. We would definitely stay here again

Die Wohnung von Anna war ein warmes und schönes Zuhause. Mit viel Liebe hat Anna die Wohnung eingerichtet. Jedes Detail stimmt und es ist alles vorhanden. Ein daheim zum Wohlfühlen. Anna hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Falmouth ist ein schöner Ort an der Küste. Besuche in Lizard Point lohnen sich (dort gibt es ein hübsches Café) und Land‘s End ist eher touristisch. Am besten geht man den „South West Path“ von Sennen bis Land‘s End. Wir können nur positives berichten. In Falmouth gibt es auch viele Restaurants, Pubs und Shops. Hinweis: Von der Wohnung an den Hafen gibt es viele Treppen. Man sollte gut zu Fuss sein. Uns hat es nicht gestört und oben hat man dafür eine wunderbare Aussicht. Ein Besuch bei Anna und in Falmouth können wir sehr empfehlen.

Hän toi meille iltapalaakin, kun saavuimme vähillä eväillä illalla! Asunto oli kaikin puolin siisti, tosi tilava! Ja ihanan rauhallinen! Maasto on mäkinen ja kävely keskustaan vaatii hyvää kuntoa! Vierailimme pääsiäisen aikaan ja asunnossa oli pajunkissaverhot!!

had an amazing stay, the home was beautiful, with everything you could ever need for a short stay! the hosts even decorated our home for my dad's 60th which was a lovely touch. Will definitely be coming back.

We had the most relaxing and peaceful get away at this absolute gem of a find. Lindsey and Kaye are wonderful hosts and nothing was ever too much trouble, even going out of their way to print so thing off for us! The house is stunning and has everything you need and more. The little touches made our stay even more special, such a the glorious hamper with Easter gifts, home made goodies and the most incredible banana bread!! Each room was very spacious, clean and the beds and bedding were really comfy. The hot tub was huge and listening to the birds whilst watching the sunset is a core memory now locked in. The games room was another delight, especially meeting the resident cats and returning swallows to the barn. We had the most amazing time away and we felt very lucky to have shared this little piece of heaven. Thank you Lindsey and Kaye, we hope Dodger enjoys the little treats our dog Mac hid in the garden!

Us 9 from 7 to 70 had a really great holiday. Despite sometimes dodgy weather, we loved using the numerous house facilities. The sheltered from breeze,wellness area exceeded expectations, especially hot tub & sauna & was well maintained.Also much family football ! & basketball. The outdoor gym a good perk. Pizza oven good fun too. Indoors budding pianists explored their talents ! The conservatory was beautiful to relax & eat family meals in if we couldn't eat outside. Locally the walk to Porth beach for us was fine & walk to the island beautiful. We made use of the body boards & kids wetsuits at the house and all tried out paddle boarding at the Gannell ( again free because the house offered inflatable board ). So busy we only watched 1 film in the cinema / playroom, but it's a great asset to have, as was the annexe, a real little home. the lettuces growing if we wanted & just the huge space in & out. Unlike many places, upstairs was spacious & all fully carpeted, so very quiet.

We can't recommend Lindsey and Kaye's place enough! Beautiful surroundings in peace and quiet, perfect for our dog to run around and enjoy the land. The hot tub was used every evening and was a real treat after a long day of walking, it was also tucked away and private which made it more relaxing and enjoyable (not all hot tubs in Airbnb's are!). The comfty bed, massive rain shower, stunning kitchen/lounge area were all incredible, but having the views, open space,, and all the little touches that Lindsey and Kaye have added are what make this stay special. Lindsey showed us around and was always on hand to chat and recommend things/give helpful advice, and Kaye was kind enough to show us how the pizza oven works and make sure we were okay! As I said, I can't recommend this place enough, especially if you have a dog (ours loved playing with their beautiful dog, Dodger). The pictures don't do it justice! Quick recommendations: Praa Sands, Porthcurno Beach & Minack Theatre - must see!

Extremely well equipped, welcoming, super clean, plenty of instructions and information about the house and area. Comfortable beds, tastefully decorated, super garden, plenty of parking, great hot tub, acres of storage, what wasn’t to like!

This is a beautiful, clean and well located property. The view of the harbor each morning was spectacular and it was very convenient to all Falmouth activities. Sandra was very communicative before and during the stay and gave great recommendations for local spots to dine. We thoroughly enjoyed our family’s stay and hope to have the opportunity to return.
