Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Enjoy the dock, shoot some pool and play some foosball. This place has everything.

There is a small kitchen,a bedroom with a full bed, an electric fireplace and bathroom with just a portable toilet.Guests will be able to use the full bathroom in the main house which is sectioned off from the rest of the house and a private entrance .This not a shared bathroom, it is dedicated for our guests .The cabin also has a sleeping loft with full /twin bed . Excellent views of the ocean from the spacious deck in the middle of the island. Enjoy your morning coffee & watch the dolphins swim by as you relax in the wonderful gazebo. Beach & pier can be had from the 3 sundecks complete with hot tub, deck furniture & benches. Transportation is not needed as Surf City Heart is centrally located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, groceries, parks/playground boat tours and more. Direct private beach access from the back deck.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Once the home is entered, forget all your worries and embrace a stress-free stay. The home has a fully equipped kitchen, dining at the table or counter for up to eight, and a spacious living room with 22 foot ceilings and large widows to bring in the natural light. Enjoy meals, morning coffee, or evening drink of choice on the large, private, screened-in porch, while enjoying a nice view of the golf course and pond.

Peaceful place

This is the upstairs of my home with a private keyed entrance . There is a Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, ice maker,small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Private bath has tub/shower. The Bedroom is quite large, very comfortable queen bed, lots of closet space, book nook and Wi-Fi reception. The second room is set up as sitting room./TV with WiFi , Prime, Netflix and Apple / fold out couch for second sleeping area. All area’s are bright and spotlessly clean

Waterside Cottage 'HoriZen'

This is a recently renovated rustic 1947 cottage with an outstanding view of and access to the Intracoastal Waterway. It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!

ILM King Bed, Private Entry, Near Beaches&Downtown

This studio guest house has a private entrance with pond and pool view from the room. The cover photo is one of Wilmingtons sunrise at the beach. This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 pull out sofa couch. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker and cups for the morning cup of joe.
