I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

This place was perfect for my wife and our dogs! Beachfront location is amazing! Updated, beautiful & fully stocked kitchen was helpful. Host was extremely responsive, very timely and answered all our questions. We will definitely look into staying here again!

Alexander's place was exactly what we needed for our stay. We were grateful to find a place on short notice around the holidays that was willing to accommodate our dogs. The private yard was perfect for them to run and get some energy out, while the house was comfortable and gave us space to rest. Alexander was very friendly and proactive in his messages about the home and the area. We hope to book again and take advantage of the cozy fire pit set up next time!

We had a lovely weekend at Brandon’s place! Very easy to get around and close to Wilmington. Enjoyed sitting on the comfy porch and stopping at the cute mobile coffee spot just across the street! We’ll definitely try staying here again during our next trip to Wilmington.

Booked this place for a local half Ironman triathlon. it was perfectly located between all the sites I needed to get to afford the event but also close to several restaurants and beach and downtown. exceptionally clean and cozy place, quiet and peaceful. Friendly and extremely responsive host. Will book it again next year when I come back to race. Highly recommend it.

To begin with, Alex was a great host, the communication and accommodation were fantastic. Responsive to our needs from an early check to a late check out. The house was a wonderful place to stay we had a large group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. We enjoy the stay and also enjoy the amenities like the pool table, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather but other wise we enjoy our stay.

We loved our stay here! This beautiful, comfortable condo is just a few steps from our favorite place to walk on the beach with our pups. There's plenty of space to park in the driveway, the condo was exactly as described, and we especially enjoyed the screen porch and sunset from the front deck.

The host was extremely responsive. Loved the place. Everything in Surf City is super close. Had a great stay. Would rent again!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway on Topsail Island. Jopseph's place is very spacious, even when staying with two couples you'd have plenty of room in case of bad weather. Getting to the beach is less than three minute walk and a popular bar and small convenience store are right across the street, so you won't even need your car.

Laurie’s place was great, and our family had a lovely long weekend. The place was nice and clean and everything was as advertised. Laurie was very helpful and responsive to questions. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the pool is a nice bonus. My only warning is that there is a restaurant/bar across the street with loud music Friday and Saturday. We had a sound machine and slept fine with it, just a heads up. Great overall!

This place was perfect for my family! It was beautiful, comfortable, and had the basic necessities. It’s all the things you hope to have when staying outside of your own home. 1000/10 would recommend this place and will definitely return in the future!

Sarah and Mike were the best hosts you could want! Quick to respond and available when needed. The property was fantastic from the entry gate, down the driveway and to the house. Tranquil, peaceful and beautiful as descriptors don't do this place justice! My pup and I walked the trails on the property daily, exploring all the wildlife it had to offer.... and then some. I'll be back over and over again. Thank you!!

LuAnne’s place was absolutely beautiful! The home is completely furnished with everything we needed, kitchen is fully equipped, and the entire home is immaculate. We enjoyed the decks and view our entire stay. Short walk to the beach and to a few local restaurants. I would highly recommend LuAnne’s home and our family would love to return. She was responsive during our entire vacation.

2-3 min walk to the beach, friendly neighbors/renters, clean and beautiful house that was the perfect size for our family. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable! Easy check-in and check out process. Our golden pup was super thankful to be with his family during our beach trip! The front and back porch were so peaceful and inviting. Our golden pup loved the front porch. We wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you for a great long beach weekend at a beautiful home! We look forward to coming back!

We all thought it was awesome from location to the home itself. All our kids had something to do at all times between the games, beach and the sound. We would definitely recommend and would come back!

We had a great time! House was very spacious loved the floor plan with family room on the first floor , plenty of bathrooms an added bonus and the peaceful environment and convenience to things like supermarket and stores. Definitely would come back and reccomend !

Great place, with lots of light in the mornings and super cozy inside! I enjoyed walking my dog in the neighborhood, and the best part was how close to the beach I was!
