Ferienunterkünfte in Pennington Gap

This was a last minute (literally) trip to Cherokee Lake and Bob and John were very responsive and the check-in instructions were very easy to access the gate and the front door. The space was exactly as described on the listing. It was only 2 of us so we can't speak to the comfort of all the rooms but there definitely wasn't a shortage of space. It's a very large condo and a large family would still feel comfortable here. We visited in Feb so we didnt use the pool or the lake but if we venture back we'll definitely check to see if Bob's place is available.

We had a wonderful stay at Mark & Tracey’s place. It’s in a peaceful and serene area and the views from the back deck cannot be beat. The home was comfortable and well appointed with anything you would need for a short or long stay. The beds..oh so comfortable after a long day out. We appreciate the hospitality and hope to stay again soon!

Stayed at Kay’s place during race weekend. Overall a nice experience. On the outskirts away from the craziness for that weekend. 20min drive to the track. Good communication.

Very pleased with all the amenities. The home was spotless, clean all way around. We felt right at home and safe. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Instructions left for us clear and so easy to follow. We hope to come back next year at the same time.

A group of us stayed here from out of town to participate in a celebration of life for our friend HalieAnn Rex who was struck by a car in JC. Staying here was absolutely perfect for us - our group got to have a space together to work through or grief and have communal time. Hot tub was a huge plus. Loved the windows and the view. Sitting on the screened porch and watching birds - with a provider guide on birds of the area. (Chefs kiss) The bulletin board had recommendations for restaurants and things to do so we heeded those and are glad we did. Thank you for having us!

We LOVED staying at Mary’s place! She was very responsive and friendly and our kids loved the toys provided. The house was in a perfect location, close to everything but still a nice yard for days spent at home. House was clean and well stocked. We were there on a work assignment and truly enjoyed our stay.

Plenty of interesting and antiques things and toys for the child. The yard was a good size to run around and had a wonderful tire swing. We brought some wood and had a campfire one night. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and napkins and some basic canned goods, oatmeal and spices. We brought a few of our own cooking pots and utensils but for a B&B it was extremely well appropriated. More spacious and more seating than I expected

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed plus more. Shortly after arriving David brought us milk and other item for us to use throughout our stay. David also excepted a last minute extra guest for us and allowed us to have family over for dinner! Great place! Thank you again.
