Our group of 6 kids and 2 adults had a wonderful stay. The living areas were spacious and the kids could really spread out for their own activities while the adults hung out in the main living space. We loved all the activities at the house, especially pickleball and basketball. Would love to return during summer months to take advantage of the pool!

We had a group of ladies from around the state, everyone said they would absolutely come back to the property again! We arrived and it was incredibly clean, smelled amazing and was setup for our bachelorette perfectly! Laura was responsive, helpful and went above and beyond. The pool and hot tub were perfect and so relaxing. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms extremely clean and everything you could ever need in the home.. bug spray, beach towels, pool floats, kitchen appliances (toaster, many coffee choices, etc). We hope to be back for another weekend at Laura’s rental!

Such a beautiful house to have the celebration of life for my lovely mom, and unexpectedly me and my boyfriend of 12 years decided to get married on the same day. It was so awesome thank you for everything you’re awesome I would rent it again and again and again. 🥰

Stayed here with multiple families and kids and it was perfect!! The kids loved being on their own floor in the basement and every couple had their own bedroom! The common area was spacious and plenty of dining space!! We had an amazing time having game tournaments in the game area as well!

Bryan was an amazing host, his property was truly 1 of 1, amazing backyard and perfect home to bring your family even closer! on a quiet street and close proximity to the great nightlife Athens offers. Check in and check out was seamless and Bryan makes himself readily available if there’s anything his guests might need. Highly recommend this property for small groups. 10/10 experience. -Devone

It was a great place to stay for a family retreat. This place offers everything in the compound. Has a small pond where you can swim, kayak or do fishing. Has some games and a full fledged gym. The host was responsive and was quick to fix an issue we had during the stay. Overall I would recommend this place for a small get together or a family retreat.

We enjoyed our stay! We brought our dogs and we all loved the fenced backyard. It was a convenient location to several good places for meals, hanging out and for walking with the pups. Monica was very helpful ~ when the TV didn't work (because our dog knocked the plug for the router out of the way!!) she was very helpful and got us back on track. We had a few questions about things upon arrival and they were all addressed very quickly! The surrounding neighborhood isn't great, but we had no issues. The house is very close to the water but I couldn't see water from the house. I would certainly return to this home again!

Our stay at Tammy's place was fantastic. She was very prompt and responsive to our questions and needs. Her home was very comfortable and decorated beautifully.

My husband, our dog and myself had a very pleasant stay. I've stayed in many rental homes over the years, and this had the most well stocked kitchen I've encountered in terms of selection of high quality cookware, several appliances, and herbs, spices, oil etc. Hocking Hills Park is about a half hour drive, but there are several other closer, less crowded hikes. We enjoyed getting onto the Buckeye Trail, less than a ten minute drive away. I enjoyed the cute seasonal decor. Our only issue was the wifi was not working well enough for us to watch anything on the smart TV.
