We serve a hearty breakfast in the dining room, and the lounge is ideal for splurging, reading or just curling up to watch TV in front of the wood burner. We are only a short walk from the centre of the village where you'll find the village shop and links to the cateran trail. Just outside the village there is a restaurant and bar serving great home cooked food, (open Thursay-Sunday)

The Scotia is a friendly, family run guest house just 10 min walk to the centre of Perth. Situated on Dunkeld Road, we are a 15 min walk to the University of the Highlands and 20 mins to Royal Infirmary. Room only - Full Cooked Breakfast available at additional cost of £7.50 per night. Whether visiting for pleasure or working in the area Alasdair and Suzie look forward to welcoming you to the Scotia B&B. Note - there is no parking with this room. Parking is available within a 2 minute walk.

Twin Room with Breakfast

Our village is at the west end of Loch Tay and there is much to see around here alone, warranting a couple of nights stopover if our guests have the time to explore. Our twin room is located on the first floor up a flight of stairs. It has two standard single beds and a washbasin in the room as well as a hospitality tray with refreshments. A separate bathroom is allocated to this room which is about 3 meters away. A bathrobe is provided as are complementary toiletries.
