I booked this property for my husband and his 3 friends for his 40th birthday. Wallace was extremely communicative at all times, and was very welcoming to the group on arrival. One of the guests arrived early and while Wallace explained the place would not be ready till check in, the guest was able to fish on the loch till later in the day, and thoroughly enjoyed himself! The property was as described, perfectly clean and the location was exactly what I was looking for when I booked. It was easy to find, and the walking guides and maps of the local area were very helpful too. Would book again!

A great getaway with loads to do close by for whatever mood you're in - great towns and cities like Calendar and Stirling less than half an hour away, equally beautiful countryside and multiple waterfalls, lochs and walks to choose from on the doorstep. Our toddler loved the on site swimming pool and the grown ups enjoyed the peaceful views from the hot tub too! Rosie was so friendly and accommodating.

just loved our stay. our only regret was not staying longer. beautiful cottage, beautiful surroundings, top notch hosts. ohhh and there was fresh bread for us! still warm! seriously if you are considering staying here, do yourself a favour and just do it!

We had an amazing week at Nether Glenny! The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views and endless opportunities for walking right from the cottage. Alison was extremely accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring the beautiful local area. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with fantastic hospitality, this is the place to be. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful Easter stay at Marianne's place. Surrounded by nature... moss covered trees, bubbling river, new lambs and visits from donkeys in the morning... and a warm cosy house to return back to after a long walks (and the best stocked kitchen on airbnb). Also great to meet Marianne in person to hear about the farm - and our kids enjoyed their walk with the horses. Highly recommend!!!

This was a perfect quiet getaway with a beautiful view, and nice/convenient kitchen and laundry amenities. Bed had a heating mattress which was nice too. It got a bit cold even with radiators, but maybe we were using them wrong… Google Maps routed us incorrectly and getting there at night it was hard to follow Jill’s given instructions, but the instructions were clear. Overall very happy with the place and its amazing value! Look forward to staying again!

Helen was an excellent host and very helpful when we were dropped off at the wrong place! We felt really welcomed in their home, and enjoyed the lovely welcome gift. The hot tub is lovely and overlooks the beautiful property. Loved our stay!

This hidden gem is the most perfect retreat away from the world, with magical scenery.

We had a great stay at Cateran Rest. The lodge was cosy and warm, and we really appreciated the lovely little fireplace for the long winter nights. The instructions to find the place were clear, and self-check-in was easy. The lodge is set in a very quiet location, yet the village is only 5 minutes away if you need anything from the local shop. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and take a break from the busyness of life.

We had an incredible stay at the Cake House. We loved every minute of it! The location is stunning and the house is beautiful. It was such a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Nicola is a fantastic host, and the farm and goats were so friendly meeting them made our trip! I couldn’t recommend this air bnb more! We will definitely be back!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten vor Ort alles was wir benötigten. Ein toller Ort zum Ausruhen und Entspannen.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said! The Bothy exceeded our expectations. As a young family we felt right at home and being able to spot wildlife and walk down to the river was a huge bonus for us. The design and finish of The Bothy is outstanding and we’d love to stay again. We had an amazing sunny week in Perthshire and Arabella’s recommendations were spot on. The Active Kids Adventure Park was a highlight for the children. The Hermitage was gorgeous to walk and learn about the big trees in the local area and Delivino’s in Crieff was great for food and drink. We’ll be back I’m sure!

We had a lovely few days with our family - including 6 grandchildren and 2 dogs! . The house is in a lovely location and the layout worked well with plenty for the children to do playing pool and table football. well the bedroom were spacious all with en-suites and there is plenty to do in the area. A lovely stay. Thank you.

Great accomodation, very comfortable, well equipped, cosy and spacious. We had a great stay here, really lovely location. This will now become a favourite for us on our trips home to Scotland.

This is the most beautiful space I’ve stayed with airbnb! The hut had everything we needed, and the view is incredible! The host are so kind and helpful and we felt right at home. If you’re looking for a peaceful get away, this is it! Very clean, exactly like the photos and the stars at night were out of this world! We will definitely be back, thanks again Allison and Dan ♥️

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our little break away. We all loved the surrounding, so beautiful and picturesque. Had a walk around the gardens to meet the chickens, geese, peacocks and saw the horses, cows and sheep on our walk. Deer was also visible across from the farm in the open part of the forest. The house itself has everything you need and is spacious and comfortable. After busy days of visiting tourist attractions (lots of castles) we enjoyed relaxing in the living room with the log burner fire on and we played games with the kids. Games are provided and we also brought our own favourites, which was great for the rainy evenings. Getting there was easy following sat nav and was well signed the closer you got there. Rebecca was friendly and quick to respond, an excellent host and everyone that we met on the farm was so friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze as well. Would absolutely recommend for long and short stays and we hope to visit again.

Book! True luxury. The bath towels were fluffy, sheets soft, beds incredibly comfy. There are books to read and games to play, a log fire and welcome treats - and a wee dram if you fancy! For lamp lovers, the mood lighting is exceptional. Generous, kind, relaxing. One of the best we’ve stayed at, we’ll be back!

This is a beautiful property, finished to a very high standard. The pictures on the website don’t do it justice. The views out of the windows are wonderful. There is a huge outside table for alfresco dinning (Scottish weather allowing) and a gas Ooni pizza oven. Large woodburning stove in the main lounge area. The house is very tastefully finished with some of the thickest towels I have ever used. Everything has been thought of. If you have forgotten something there is a Co-Op less than a mile up the road in Newburgh. The property has its own driveway and is very private, sitting up on the side of the hill with views over the countryside. We were three couples and the property was just what we needed and the dog loved it also.

A lovely cottage away from the town, set amongst wonderful wildlife and dark night skies. The cottage was very comfortable and welcoming with a stocked wood pile, good heating and hot water, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you expect. It was all you imagine about an old country cottage which retained some old features from the past but has been updated to ensure that you wanted for nothing. It is definitely a place I will return to again.

The house was beautiful and located within such a scenic location. Tim was very responsive, and checked in on us to see if we were comfortable.

Blairbell Cottage was beautiful and peaceful. Great location for many day trips including St Andrews, The Hermitage, Cairngorms and short drive from Edinburgh. The Cottage was very clean and nicer than the photos. It was especially nice to see pretty pheasants and deer each morning in the fields. The hot tub on a chilly night was the perfect addition. The kitchen was well equipped and it was a bonus to have a butcher/farm shop so close by. Definitely recommend a trip to Gloagburn Farm. Their dog Baxter was the sweetest! The hosts were very responsive and friendly. We absolutely recommend this Airbnb and would stay here again!

Beautiful and well appointed cottage in a very quiet location, the perfect place to unwind! Expertly hosted by Catherine from the provision of detailed instructions on finding ‘Roughstones’ to personal touches of a hand written welcome note not to mention the home baking!! This is a real gem that offers rural tranquility whist the towns of Dunkeld and Blairgowrie are only 10 mins by car. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roughstones or stay again in the future.

Such an amazing house in a beautiful location - waking up to the changing view of Schiehallion each day was a real treat. Cosying up by the fantastic log burner was a lovely way to spend the evenings.
