Tiny Houses als Ferienunterkünfte in Perth and Kinross

First time staying in one of Tim and Judy's properties. The Bothy is exactly what we wanted. Rustic, cozy, imagine Hagrids shack (Harry Potter) and you wouldn't be far off. Nice, large wood burning stove, shower was great especially after a long walk. Some board games to choose from, we played Scrabble. We were greeted by their 2 lovely dogs Millie and Fergus whenever they were about. The chickens roam free and Jethro the goose is on guard. It is cut off from civilization with no phone signal or people for miles. Great scenery as soon as you open the door of the bothy onto Munro's and fields. We loved it. Tim was always about if needed. Very friendly, welcoming and you can tell he loves doing what he does. Had a lovely few days away for my birthday.

Doing the Lochs and Glens cycle, was right on the route! Perfect place to stop and enjoy the town. Thank you!

Super logement cocooning. Lit et canapé très confortables. Une belle vue sur les montagnes et le lac. Centre-ville à proximité. Paisible, très propre et facile d'accès. Place de parking avec le logement : un vrai plus (ps. il faudra repeindre le marquage au sol car peu visible).

wonderful landscape. very comfy little pods, well equipped kitchen and warm.very private with the lovely hot tub. lots of outdoors activities a available nearby. we had the best time.

Absolutely amazing. Very clean and exactly as shown on pictures. I was a bit worried about being cold overnight but the heating was working very well and kept us warm at all times. Netflix wasn’t working- I guess it’s to with the rural area so it affects the internet connection. We weren’t aware of extra electricity charges until the arrival but that didn’t affect our stay what so ever. Everything was spot on. Thank you!

These pods are great! Such a peaceful location very close to Aberfeldy which is full of stuff to do, food places and a shop. the Birks 'o Aberfeldy are very close by which is a great walk. The pods are very well equipped and the space is managed really well inside, TV and wifi capabilities. Lots of information inside about things to do around the local area. The host was very proactive with information and super friendly. The site has some animals such as sheep, rams, horses and a multitude of birds to have a look at! we stayed in a pod with not hot tub but there are others available with tubs. Overall great experience, relaxing with no hassle at all 😁

Outer Space cabin was utterly lovely. The location, among the trees, with a view over the loch and the sound of the brook in the background, was perfect for relaxing. We stayed during lambing season, so got to enjoy watching lambs running around in the field next door, and even saw two being born outside, which only added to the charm! We found plenty of walks and local history to explore in the area, although we had to use the car more due to the stepping stones across the loch being underwater. It was warm with the fire, but got a little chilly at night so would recommend warm pajamas (at least in Spring). It was a bit dusty and dirty around the edges, but no more than I would expect from a wooden cabin under trees, and with a woodburning stove inside. The kitchen was well equipped, and it appeared the track had been recently relaid, so had no issues going down it with a VW Polo. Would definitely stay again!

The pod stay with Natalie and Jamie was utterly superb. The pod was private and peaceful, in wonderful walkable surrounds, incredible scenery and we loved watching the sunset from the deer hide 🦌 and spotting birds with the binoculars. The pod was so well appointed and thoughtfully designed. Great barbecue and the fire pit was a treat. The bed was so comfy! Natalie was always responsive and flexible with us when we delayed our check in time. Thank you so much. 🙏🏻

The pods were wonderful! The views of the lake were absolutely stunning, and there’s loads of hiking spots around. The BBQ and the fire pit were lovely as well and easy to operate. The pods themselves were super clean and cozy with extra blankets for comfort. The host was also lovely and responsive, with lots of advice on local restaurants and hidden gems. Definitely recommend a visit!

The Wee Treat was exactly that! Me and my partner had a lovely time here. Frances and Jay were very responsive and friendly. We loved how clean and cosy the studio was and were very pleasantly surprised with the kind essentials bought for us. The kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking and seasonings too which was excellent, we really did not need to worry about bringing anything with us. The village has everything you’d need, a shop, cute restaurants and food stops. We had some of the szechwan noodles from the secret pizza company on Jay’s recommendation and it did not disappoint! The hot tub was very clean, well kept and undercover - perfect for the rainy days we had. I’d certainly return and recommend the Wee Treat! 5 ⭐️

This is the most beautiful space I’ve stayed with airbnb! The hut had everything we needed, and the view is incredible! The host are so kind and helpful and we felt right at home. If you’re looking for a peaceful get away, this is it! Very clean, exactly like the photos and the stars at night were out of this world! We will definitely be back, thanks again Allison and Dan ♥️

Amazing place for a quite break. Leigh was in constant communication with any questions that we had and arriving to the little extra touches such as the Prosecco gave it a special touch. We had a lovely stay at The Wash House over the weekend, it’s a cosy place with lots of personality. Just what we needed over the easter break, we enjoyed playing the board games and listening to the radio. Hosts communication was quick and reliable, the place was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is so peaceful with beautiful views on to the fields, just so relaxing!

One of the best Airbnb stays I've ever had. The bothy is small but really doesn't feel it - it's very cleverly laid out and furnished - very cosy. It's a cliche, but it's true to say that they really have thought of everything. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. It's in a beautiful spot, surrounded by mixed woodland, and very peaceful. There are some short walks recommended in the information in the bothy, which we wouldn't otherwise have found. Louise was helpful and friendly, messaged with clear instructions for finding the place and checking in, and even messaged to offer to lend us extra films to watch since the weather was so wet - but we were content watching the birds and red squirrels on the feeders. Will definitely return!

Lovely accommodation with everything you would need for a few days’ stay. The highlight for us was the big window adjacent to the (very comfy) bed overlooking a field full of lambs/sheep - no TV needed! :) The host is responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Had an amazing 4 days at this little cabin. Heather and Stuart were so helpful and the location is beautiful. Super private and peaceful and I felt really safe even as a solo female traveler. Perfect escape for someone craving a break from city life. The stream will lil you to sleep and can even act as a DIY wine cooler haha. Wanting to visit again at some point!

Honestly the best few days in a gorgeous part of the world. Pamela & Gordon’s Bothy is idyllic in its location and meets every need you’d have for a little break away. Very thoughtful touches throughout, fabulous hosts and a splendid property. I stayed here 3 years ago, and it’s as immaculate and well presented as it was the first time. Lots of little treats left which were very welcome. Will be back….. for a 3rd time I’m sure . Thank you.

I don’t think I have the words to describe what a dreamy, creative and rejuvenating space this is. Everything about it was perfect for us and our two dogs - simply stunning . Tucked away you feel so secluded and immersed in nature but are only a very short drive away from the very Cute Dollar. The space is the most wonderful place i have ever stayed in- simply magic and stunning . The forest and grounds surrounding allow you to feel so relaxed and we LOVED the outdoor baths every night , pizza oven, hammock and benches. There are so many wonderful touches , everything is so well labelled and communicated too . We had the best meal from take away in Dollar from Troy Ann’s ( think goat curry , fried chicken , rice and peas .. yum!) fell in love with the slow living , making fires , record player, games and lovely books . Would recommend highly the walk at Dollar Glen and one near a Glen at bridge of Allan! Also what a dreamy host Andrew is , so kind , communicative and relaxed ! Xxx

I would recommend The Owl House to anyone, I really enjoyed my stay, felt very much like home, really comfortable & within reach of many different places to visit. Love it & will miss it also, Gerry Innes 🥰

The place is exactly like the pictures and it was a comfortable stay. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. (Tesco and sainsbury is about 15 minutes drive away.) The surrounding is beautiful and so peaceful. A walk along the river and view of the valley is a perfect getaway from the city. Bonus point for the fire pit and rooftop area. I would love to come back and highly recommend.
