All I can say is the stay was amazing, very peaceful society, very spacious property and our host Johnny sent day wise itinerary proactively during the stay. Truly enjoyed the stay and Songkan.

I had a wonderful stay at this private pool villa with my family! The property itself is absolutely beautiful — thoughtfully designed with a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. The villa was well-equipped, and surrounded by peaceful nature, making it an ideal escape. The private pool was a true highlight — clean, refreshing, and great for relaxing at any time of day. What made the stay even more memorable was the host. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire experience. From smooth check-in to helpful local recommendations, the host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We all have a good time in the villa. It's clean and tidy. The swimming pool with a slide is good to swim with children. so much fun. And there are a lot of kitchen utensils, we can cook meals and prepare breakfast there. Every room is clean too.We spent really wonderful time there with our friends. I will recommend this villa to my friends.

My stay at those 2 villas was really enjoyable The villas are beautifully designed. It s big clean comfortable and quiet . The kitchen is fully equipped, but we choose the nearby dining options which are fantastic. One of the highlights of the villas is the outdoor area. The private pool is perfect for a refreshing dip, and the private jacuzzi is big enough for 6 people . With the garden in the background it provides a serene space to relax. We spent our mornings sipping coffee on the patio, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The location is quite good—close enough to local attractions and the beach but far enough from the night life for a good sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and any requests smooth and easy. Overall, this villa is ideal for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return!

素敵な滞在の機会をいただきましてありがとうございます。 HostのMinnieは常に柔軟に連絡が取れて対応も早く、大変感謝しております。 Wonderfruitが開催されている季節のパタヤでは、割高であったり、現地にて直接現金での支払いを要求してくるような悪質なリスティングが目立ちます。 その点、このリスティングは価格も明瞭で割高ではなく、大変安心できる滞在となりました。 一点、サウナの温度がなかなかあがらず、40℃程度までしかあがらなかったので、今後泊まる方は参考にしてください。 どうもありがとうございました。

The villa was well-maintained, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention to the caretaker (Tin Tin ), who was incredibly helpful and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality made the experience even better. We absolutely loved this place—it's both beautiful and peaceful. Both houses offered plenty of space to comfortably accommodate our family. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped, making it feel just like home. The housekeeper was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed a short walk to the beach every morning, and it was never crowded—just perfect. We’d definitely love to come back and will be recommending it to our friends and family. Nice clean and comfortable villa. The pool was nice and big spacious outdoor area. It is about 20-30 mins by car from central Pattaya.

It is a very pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious and clean. The management team responses very fast. Def recommend to stay again.

Overall nice and fully equipped house, exactly as on the pictures, suitable for a long stay. Roland is welcoming and easy going host, it was nice to deal with him. Only downside i could mention is a neighbor who is running a streetracers workshop or something like that, it was disturbing when they were having a parties etc. Of course it has nothing to do with a house or the owner. We would stay again.

the villa is well designed, the finishes are good and the place is kept neat and tidy, there is clean up service every day, the host is very responsive and helpful. Linen and towels are of high quality and smell nice. There is interactive TV and good speed internet in the villa.
