Great stay especially for big group!

What I really love about our stay are how peaceful and smooth our stay with my bestfriend turned out. Our goal is a hassle-free staycation and this Casa Calma gave us all we needed. The place is comely. Feels like home. Everything we needed is there— untensils are well clean, appliances such as iron, washing machine, ice cooker, microwave works fine and the bed sheets are clean as well. Everything is being prepared and spotless. The toilet is polished and when we had an empty bodywash when we arrived, they respond immediately and provided us one. It was a convenient stay and we have nothing to worry about home needs. Plus points how responsive the host. We definitely book again and marked this staycation as one of our second home in Boracay. Because the condo itself is worth a visit. People and personnel there are polite and friendly. Our Boracay trip becomes ideal and worth a stay. Thank you Ms. Myra and the owner of this unit. Chambre équipée avec une super terrasse extérieure et une cuisine équipée. Clim OK, douche chaude et avec de la pression (ce qui est rarement la cas) mais canalisations un peu rouillées. Nous n'avons pas vu Uri ou Emil mais tous deux sont très réactifs par message. Mauvaise adresse référencée sur Airbnb donc nous avons dû marcher un peu à l'arrivée. Je recommande !

国際通りや牧志公設市場にも近いのに、那覇の古き良き雰囲気の残るエリア 建物や部屋は新しく、綺麗さを保っています 飲食はもちろん、買い物にも便利な太平通りとのうれん市場の目の前です ゆいレール駅には少し歩きますが、便利な開南バス停まですぐ コンビニ、銀行、郵便局等も徒歩2分圏内です ホストのチェックイン、チェックアウトのサポートは迅速です 是非また訪れたい宿です

The host was very responsive and hands on. The neighbourhood is very peaceful.

Aaron was very responsive and displayed concern when our flight got redirected. He constantly checked in and adjusted to the changes when we missed the van that was supposed to fetch us from the airport, made arrangements for our port pick up and some requests we made while at the place. The location was just right for what we wanted - not too far from the famous spots but also laid back and peaceful.We will definitely be back and book with IAO Surf Camp again next year!

Veronica was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. She answers our inquiries in a timely manner. The place was really clean and well-organized. There were medicines and first aid kit available for use. Complete with kitchenware and toiletries needed for longer stays. They also have boardgames and karaoke for entertainment purposes which is suitable for big groups. Will definitely book again if we happen to be in the area. Absolutely recommended!!! ❤️
