Highly recommended!👍 We instantly fell in love with The Grayhouse Inn! 😍 The place is beautifully designed, spacious and kid-friendly—perfect for a big family or a barkada staycation. Everything you might need is provided, from kitchenware and dining essentials to bathroom supplies. All you have to do is relax and enjoy your stay. Every bedroom, along with the dining and living areas, is air-conditioned for maximum comfort. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and mamon—such a sweet touch! The host was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. We’re definitely hoping to return soon, God willing! Thank you! 🥰☺️

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. Ate Angie is very polite and always there to accommodate our needs. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. Thank you so much.

What a stunning place! Perfect for us! We went went to attend the Notre Dame Alumni Assn. Intl. 16th Biennial Grand reunion in our hometown Gen. Santos City. Manuel and his wife Julie opened the gate with a welcoming smile. Always offering to help yet stayed quiet in the background. Excellent laundry service. They even cooked breakfast for us and helped with our party. The place was perfect for five of us who stayed there for 14 days! We love everything about Bahay ni Kikay and Bahay ni Momm. Cooking in the kitchen, the garden, the spacious living area, the airconditioned bedrooms and work place/cum family room, the peace and quiet. All of my companions are seasoned travelers. I have stayed in AirBnBs in many countries, but Melinda's most memorable It felt like home away from home. The bonus? We were able to invite friends and family to visit us. There was plenty of room for a quiet party! I will stay there over and over again! Thank you super host Melinda! We felt pampered

The house was very comfortable and clean! The only thing was that the neighbors were a little noisy, but other than that, it was perfect! Loved the stay!

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Getting there was easy and the surrounding was peaceful and nice. The place is beautiful and everything you may need were provided. I loved the bath and body works scented candles, it was generous of them to provide these. Definitely a great place to stay and will be back soon! We have a great Christmas staycation. Even though it was raining, we still enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It was very cozy, and spacious. Ms. Liezl is also easy to communicate as the person in charge, as well as Ms. Trixia, the owner. We're grateful that it is also a petfriendly place, our 3 cats enjoyed it too! We definitely recommend staying here!

It’s a spacious place that can comfortably accommodate more than seven people, and it’s clean enough for a peaceful stay. Our family loved the overall ambiance. We had everything we needed—utensils, appliances, and more—and there were nearby sari-sari stores where we could buy essentials. It was also great to know that the neighborhood was familiar with the owner, so we didn’t have a hard time finding the place. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. We’ll definitely reserve the place again if we ever return to Gensan.

The unit is located in the heart of the city, very accessible to all establishments needed by a transient group. The host is very understandable and generous on allowing us to check in earlier for no additional cost. Thank you and looking forward to our next stay in cdo :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Far listing lovely property, and it exceeded all my expectations! The place was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—just a short distance from the greenbelt, landmark, glorietta. I loved being able to explore the area easily and found some fantastic local restaurants thanks to Far recommendations. Far was a fantastic host! They were incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the welcome basket, Like enjoying a sunset view, relaxing in a cozy nook, or having a great meal at a nearby restaurant]. It truly made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway. I can’t wait to come back!

Thank you Sir Mel. My family enjoyed your place. Very generous with toiletries that we do not need to use ours. Place is quiet and safe, we slept very well. Both rooms upstairs has bathroom and another 1 downstairs that is very helpful for us coz we do not need to wait for each other to finish. Fully airconditioned even downstairs. It also has a room for house maid which is useful for us coz we brought our helper with us that day. TV has netflix 😍 One thing I will suggest is if you can install big mirrors in the rooms as it is difficult to prepare and do makeup in small mirrors in the bathroom. But overall this is perfect. 👌 next time we need to do something in Muntinlupa area, I will book this again.

The map location and address will send you some where else…me and some friends all booked at Poco a Poco but when we got there the map told me and my buddy to go somewhere else while my friend and his buddy’s host met them at their room at poco a poco. Don’t waste a walk the location is at poco a poco. ( I know it hints at it in the photos but it’s kind of misleading when the map and address bring you else where). Maybe it will get fixed after this post …other than that it was amazing!

One of the best staycation na na try namin. Got some complimentary snacks din. Sarili mo nalang dadalin mo and ung clothes. Meron na rin mga basic condiments, Drinking water and may snacks din sa loob na you can purchase. Plus super accomodating and responsive ng owner. No hassle uponh checking in. Will definitely go back 🩷

It was clean, spacious and makes you feel at home. A perfect place to relax and chill with friends and family. Very affordable, comfy and has complete amenities. I love the interior design very simple yet elegant. And what I really like the most is their high-quality kitchenware and utensils, it's very neat. It was conveniently located near at the mall,stores and fast food. To the owner Ma'am Monaliza, she is very responsive, generous and kind. We will surely coming back again. And for Ms.Honnie thank you so much for your assistance. She's very cheerful and charming.

Enjoyed our stay. The unit is very clean and the overall design of the place is modern and pleasing. After exploring the city it was nice to relax in the unit with Netflix, wash some clothes, and prepare a small meal. We would stay again. There is a convenience store on the first floor perfect for getting snacks and ingredients for meals, toiletries, etc. There is also a nice cafe on the first floor and a restaurant, as well as a restaurant across the street. To explore Clark or Angeles City you will need a vehicle or use Grab.

Second time going there it’s a home away from home. I travel all the way from Canada and it feels homely all the time l come here .
