We had a great time at Binhs place! Excellent communication throughout the entire stay was a plus. We wanted softer pillows which we got instantly! The lady downstairs is the sweetest. The room is very spacious and has all you need. Noisy builders next door but nothing they can control. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.

This man deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. I am Thong's first guest after COVID, so the house is still being renovated here and there, but he provided everything I needed at my request in a timely manner. His wife and daughter have also been extremely friendly and approachable. The neighborhood is local where everything is handy and not so expensive, which I loved. The location is close to District 1. You can just take the bus to go to the city center. The only thing is the stairs are a little steep, but that's common to other houses in Saigon. If you have leg problems, kindly double check with Thong. Thong deserves the Peace Prize because he did his best to support me when I had a really bad health situation on the day I was supposed to leave Vietnam. He took me to the airport and tried to look for a new flight ticket for me. He also bought me food many times when I could barely get up. I could have made my trip back home without him.

We stayed at I@Homes for almost 2.5 months. Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. We were provided with extra tablet and kitchen utilities. Surii helped us with everything and assisted us whenever needed like washing clothes, grab food, etc. The location is very peaceful and very very near to District 1. It was convenient to move in and out of the building 24x7. The location has many restaurants, coffe shops and grocery stores. It's a perfect place for someone looking for a short term or a long-term accomodation.

非常棒的一家民宿，去之前还特别担心踩雷，但到了之后非常惊喜，装修是我们很喜欢的复古风格，每个卧室都有浴室和厕所，非常方便！房东人特别好，给我们讲解设施的使用，告诉我们注意事项，有任何问题都很及时的反应。因为离开的航班比较晚，房东还愿意让我们晚几个小时check out，非常感谢他！

We had a great time in the house. Viet is a very helpful and responsive host, always available. We were staying there over the Tet festival and he was out of town but still very quick to respond to all our needs. Other guests staying in the house were also lovely, the space brings people together. It’s a comfortable and charming house full of great details, very clean, with a well equipped kitchen, a living room and a roof terrace and you can use the washing machine. Great restaurants around with many vegetarian options too. There is a nice park close to the house and being located in district 3 means you can walk to many places but stay in a quiet area. We hired a motorbike from a company that viet recommended and that was great too. Highly recommended

A jewel hidden in a very well positioned alley that connects through the vein of the Phu Nhuan District. Great local food nearby, easy access to transportation to the airport and downtown areas, close to the river. A must see and definitely should stay location if you are intending a visit to saigon and want to be in a place close to everything without killing your wallet.

First time staying in this place and it was amazing! There was no window in the room, so my room was pitch-dark when sleeping. But what’s cool is the small ‘living room’ outside my door where I can step out and enjoy the sun shining through, it is also conducive space to do some work. The host is very nice and always quick to check up on how I was doing :) Overall superb experience and will definitely revisit if I come back often!

Phuong is so kind and thoughtful. She went above and beyond for my wife and sister in law. 1. We booked a room on the second floor and Phuong went ahead and offered to move us to the room on the first floor because it would be more suitable for our young nephew. 2. She also went out and bought some puree for said nephew :) 3. My sister-in-law forgot her phone and my wife was out late and couldn't reach her to open the door, Phuong was able to message another tenant to let my wife in. Phuong is such a phenomenal host and I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay at her place. Thank you again for making my family's stay so comfortable.

Very easy to find the location and checkin. Very clean room, smells good. Aircon, TV and kitchenwares all functional perfectly. The room without a balcony is quite day and night, sound sleeping in. Phan Xich Long area is perfect to live like locals. Will come back.

Located in a quiet alley. Convenience stores and the food street are in a 5 min walking distance. Laundromat is just around the corner! The room is clean and spacious as described in the listing. The host is very responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay here. The space was quiet and secure, which made me feel safe throughout my visit. The room was thoughtfully arranged and met all the needs of a minimalist lifestyle. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, like providing small items such as cotton pads for guests. I genuinely liked this place.

It was a great location, you can definitely appreciate the aesthetic of a comfy house. It was a walking distance to Bui Vien and Ben Thanh market. There were construction ongoing throughout the nights when I stayed, I guess there some road repairs at that time.

Very comfortable stay with Jakey and Lala. They were always attentive to my needs and were there to help with anything I needed to. Apartment is just like the pictures, with the hot tub being the key element! Not too far from District 1 and very walkable neighborhood. Had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Generally it’s a good experience staying at Van’s place. Very convenient location, there are enough amenities for my trip period and the room is spacious. Van was friendly and prompt to answer my questions. Just a little bit surprised that there’s no elevator to my room (as it’s also on top and required me to climb many stairs so I took it as a chance to exercise) but I guess it just how Vietnamese architecture culture is and totally fine for me after the first day.
