From when we booked to when we departed Nitzan was always available if required. The apartment is set in a lovely block with communal pool, 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants on King of Tombs road. Used the local buses to get to coral beach and the town centre which has more lovely restaurants. Weather was fantastic and we could not have asked for more. Thank you Nitzan and hopefully we will be back one day 👍. Many thanks Steve & Kealey

I would love to say wow!!! bargain!!! great location,great host and great apartment... from the nice touch of a bottle of wine and waters and also fruit (we don't drink wine) but still an amazing touch all the way through to the pleasant balcony sea view for perfect morning start! I cannot say enough positive about this place, literally a stones throw to shops/restaurants and bars and also the big shopping maul! pleasant sea walk on your doorstep and 15mins walk to the harbour.. I would not look anywhere else if visiting pafos again! George was also very responsive to any message and was always in touch. do not look for anywhere else on here! you need to stay here! Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad, in het begin was het even zoeken. Maar eenmaal gevonden was het prettig. De auto parkeerde wij op het grote parkeerterrein aan de straat. Hier kan je gratis parkeren. Wij hebben alle drie de avonden heerlijk gegeten bij Zero Sei Trattoria Limassol. Op loopafstand van het appartement! Vriendelijk personeel daar, en heerlijk eten! Francesco was een goede host, die altijd snel en behulpzaam reageerde.

It is a great stay for a couple, close to the beach, close to shops and restaurants, It has everything you need inside and even some extras from the hosts. Maria is very friendly and responsive, she gave us a lot of nice recommendations to eat and visit in Cyprus. Thank you for a great holiday!

The apartment is very well described and was well worth what I paid to stay. the location is very convenient and close to many restaurants and the beaches.

Everything was just amazing. Vasso is a great host and very responsive, and the place was amazing.

I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. House is beutiful, clean and tidy. In the kitchen you have more equitment what you need. Pool cleaned every morning. Warmest regards from us Mr. Alexander! 5/5

I have been using Airbnb for years but this has to be one of the best . The host ordered us a taxi from the airport which was prompt and friendly . Easy access with lockbox . The Maisonette was beautiful . Immaculately clean and stylish . Beautiful Kitchen and had everything you needed to cook . Comfortable living room and bedrooms . The little back garden was private and a sun trap. Location wise it was ideal . 10 min walk to harbour, where you past many places to eat and a large supermarket to buy fresh produce . When you arrive at the harbour you can catch a bus to old town or coral bay or the Tomb of the kings or walk the beautiful coastal walk. Can’t express how great this place was …Eleftheria was at the perfect host, always on hand if needed . Would 100% recommend to everyone !!

Absolutely one of the best holiday places I’ve stayed. Georgio was waiting at the accommodation to great us. A lovely welcome pack was left…including wine and beer! The house was immaculately clean with everything you could possibly need. Great position with lovely bars restaurants and shops just across the road. Beach a short walk away. Lots of beautiful places and beaches close by. Could not be improved upon. Thank you georgio! We will be back!

Beautiful and comfortable house, great location, amazing hosts Tellef and Anna! We stayed this house for three months, from the middle of a winter, two adults and a two year old kid. House is cozy and fully equipped, it has everything you can think of. The location is hidden and quiet, but you can walk to the sea in 10 minutes and to the central park in 25 minutes. The old port is a 10-minute taxi ride away. Any deliveries are available, from groceries to something like H&M. Couple of good supermarkets are within walk distance also. The house is located on a dead-end street, so you can easily play any games right on the road with your child. Tellef and Anna are super hosts, they are always ready to help or just give an advice about Limassol. I highly recommend this house and it's wonderful hosts for anyone visiting Limassol, both for couple of days and for long-term stay. Sincerely, Andy, Nata and Boris.

I highly recommend Svetlana's place. The two-bedroom house is in a small private complex with a very nice swimming pool. It's super quiet (in April) and it immediately feels like home. There were a few local cars, only one rental car. It is very close to the sea (beaches, restaurants and a nice promenade - at one end there's a nice little church, at the other end the castle of Paphos). It is also very conveniently situated when coming from the airport or, like was our case, picking up relatives from the airport. There's a bus stop on the main road. The house has two small outdoor sitting areas - the back yard is fenced (great if you come with a dog) and the front veranda feels private thanks to green plants and a wooden trellis panel. That area is fenced as well, but a dog could easily jump over. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom spacious. The bedrooms share a balcony. My only disappointment was the double bed which could be more comfortable.

Our family is very grateful to Kylie and Nick for the attention and comfort, they provided us during our vacation at the villa. We vacationed with the whole family during the children's Christmas holidays - the hosts thought of all the little details, decorated the living room. We really felt at home, celebrating Christmas with our family, with the lit fireplace and the decorated Christmas tree. Thank you again for your your care and attention.

We had a very nice stay, the house was great. Bit of struggle with the parking sometimes, but not a real issue.

Très bon séjour à Paphos, Demetris est très réactif lorsque que vous avez besoin d’informations ! Le air bnb est très bien équipé et dispose d’un parking, ce qui est très pratique. À côté de la plage, restaurants et activités. Je recommande ☺️

Great apartment to stay in during your stay in Cyprus. Hosts are responsive and ready to help. The apartment has a separate bedroom which provides convenience for longer stay. Location is good, not too far from Pafos centre but we recommend renting a car if you wish to visit the area or commute with ease :) Overall we recommend this place!

The apartment is conveniently located in a beautiful area. There are shops, restaurants and a seaside promenade nearby. Interesting architecture of the house, beautiful apartment design.

Siamo venuti in 2 adulti e 2 bambini ...perfetto perfetto perfetto... Praticamente la mia famiglia vorrebbe prendere la stessa casa,macchina (che e sempre di proprietario..) Siamo stati benissimo... Raccomando a tutti. 4 giornate purtroppo sono stati pochi...c'è tanto da visitare

We had a most enjoyable holiday in Paphos, Cyprus. Demetri is a great host. He is easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all enquiries. The property is very nice and clean. Location wise, the property is a 'stone throw' away from many restaurants and amenities. The supermarket is 5 minutes walking. The harbour / swimming is about 3 minutes walking. Caffe Nero is less than a one minute walk. A great central location, close to everything Thank you again Demetri... we enjoyed your hospitality, with much appreciation, Abi and family

Wonderful apartment, which has everything you need for a full-fledged stay. Located in a good location, quiet, peaceful around, 10 minutes to the shopping center and the sea. I felt safe. You can see beautiful sunsets. The owners of the apartment - Estea were very friendly and pleasant. Convenient check-in and check-out. Would love to stay again!
