Reception hours: • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Weekends and public holidays: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM The building also features a shared outdoor swimming pool (4 x 5.75 m and 3 x 2 m), perfect for cooling off, enjoying the sun, and relaxing during your stay. Municipal tourist tax: The current rate is €10.45 per person, per night. It is not included in the reservation price and must be paid through online check-in. House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask you to keep the following rules in mind: • Check-in: from 3:00 PM • Check-out: by 11:00 AM • If online check-in has not been completed, late arrivals are subject to the following fees:  • 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM — €30  • 12:00 AM – 10:00 AM — €50 • Guests must present a valid ID at their arrival. • To book, at least one guest must be 25 years or older. • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. • Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Parties or events are not allowed. • The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests indicated in the reservation. • Pets are not allowed. • Before check-out, please place trash in the designated bins and load used dishes and glasses into the dishwasher.

Whether seeking a romantic get-away or a family vacation, this modernist style 18th century palace is a completely refurnished luxury apartment and brand new penthouse located in the heart of Barcelona. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.

Cuenta con 3 habitac. (capacidad para 5 personas): 2 de ellas con 2 camas individuales c/u, que se puede convertir en una cama matrimonial, 1 habitac. con 1 cama doble, y un sofá-cama para dos personas (EXTRA, ver condiciones). Está totalmente equipado y climatizado. El apartamento queda en un segundo nivel; se tiene que subir unas escaleras. La suite cuenta con un sistema de alarma que se desactiva cuando los huéspedes la están ocupando; solo hay un sensor de movimiento dentro del apartamento y una cámara que hace fotos fuera del apartamento que está dirigida a la puerta que da a la calle.

Bonito apartamento con terraza y balcón a 15min (metro) de Sagrada Familia, 20min del centro de Barcelona(Passeig de Gracia), 15min andando hasta la playa. Muy bien comunicado con Metro-Bus-Tranvia-Tren. Terraza 75m con muebles(sofá, sillones, mesas) y plantas para un descanso placentero. Apartamento muy luminoso limpio y confortable con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. La zona es muy tranquila con cafeterías, bares y buenos restaurantes a buen precio. Parking municipal gratis muy cerca.
