Alle Steckdosen auf Kinderhöhe sind gesichert und es gibt Rauchmelder. Die Treppe ist mit Babygittertüren gesichert. WIFI mit 600 MBits. Die Anlage verfügt über einen großen Gemeinschaftspool mit Liegen, der Strand ist direkt vor der Haustür & lädt zum Verweilen ein. :)

@sleephousetenerife Beautiful Canarian-style house with two rooms recently renovated with a large terrace and a swimming pool with solarium and chilling area. The house is located in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere but with the advantage of being only 15 minutes away from the beach. The house is on the top of a hill and has a wonderful and clean panoramic view towards the sea. The sunsets are magnificent with La Gomera island on background.

Modern Solar Powered Home, the house is off-grid, meaning it gets its electricity from the sun and a standby generator if needed. Restored in April 2021 the cottage is just before Teide National Park. Home has full cooks open kitchen and living room with all one might need, gas stove and modern appliances. Luxury 2 bedroom apartment Los Martinez

This is our own apartment which we are happy to rent to nice families while we are away. It has a stunning panoramic sea view from the main bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and an outside cooking and dining area. The outside terrace also looks out to the sea and there's sun all day long. The terrace is built around the flat and there's a main big dining table and a smaller quiet one round the corner. We also have an air-condition downstairs.

Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.
