La pasamos increíble, una casa para disfrutar en familia con grandes espacios! Decidimos pasar Navidad en Ixtapa y fue una excelente opción para toda la familia. Raúl es un increíble anfitrión muy atento y con una gran comunicación para la llegada y durante la estancia.

Love this spot -- so convenient and close to all things Ixtapa...the view is great -- sunsets galore. We also really enjoyed the proximity to the beach -- and the fabulous pool...though the ocean is rougher here than other spots, but it is clean and not as busy either. The Apartment had everything we needed, the staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. The only issue really was that the apartment was too cold -- the air conditioner cannot be turned off, and even its "warmest" setting was too cold for us. We prefer ceiling fans and windows. I am grateful I came from a cooler climate so I had some long pants and a sweater. This is a lovely part of Mexico -- our first time and we would like to return! thanks Diego!

Las vacaciones fueron perfectas, un lugar con mucho espacio, muy bien acondicionado para una familia grande, nos encantó, podremos regresar pronto. La atención y respuesta del anfitrión y co anfitriona fueron de lo mejor. Muchas gracias.

13 of us stayed at Casa Cielo for a family reunion for two heavenly weeks. This place was amazing. Both the beauty of the location and the luxury and comfort of the casa were outstanding. But what really made Casa Cielo special for us was the kindness, expertise and flexibility of the staff. Christina, Rosa, Sergio and Narcy were friendly, gracious, and funny. They prepared our beautiful breakfast every day and kept the place spotless. They accomdated our schedule and our two picky eaters. For a reasonable extra fee they prepared traditional Mexican dishes for both our 10:00am breakfast and our 3:30pm lunch. I had a cold, and without my even asking they prepared a traditional cough remedy for me every day. We hated saying goodbye after two relaxing weeks of massages, yoga, swimming and snorkeling at the beach, fishing, walking to town, and watching the beautiful sunsets from the outside common areas of Casa Cielo. Definitely worth the money.

Easy walk to the ocean, Lida’s service and skill was outstanding, functional AC, good amenities, extremely convenient having the taxi station just outside. Would gladly return.

Nuestra estancia fue placentera, es muy bonita la villa, tranquila, segura y cómoda, está a 5 min de la zona dorada de Ixtapa, buena ubicación. Como detalle a mejorar, la iluminación, tanto de las escaleras como de la palapa, otro aspecto a mejorar son TV en recámaras 😅 ya que habemos quienes nos gusta ver noticias antes de dormir y no había ningún televisor.

Location, location, location! We loved our stay at Ricardo's villa! The location of the villa within the resort was absolutely perfect just a couple of steps to the pool and a few more to the sandy beach. The villa has everything you need and is spacious with its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. You can walk to many restaurants and other stores including grocery stores and pharmacies. The hotel gift shop also has many things you might need during your stay. Our family of 6 adults and 4 small children absolutely loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing villa with access to a large beautiful pool and the gorgeous beach! The sunsets are breathtaking from the patio of this villa! You won't be disappointed when you book this villa!

Recomiendo al 100% el alojamiento, por segundo año nos hospedamos aquí y todo excelente, la alberca es excepcional

Rodrigo siempre estuvo al pendiente y siempre atento a todos nuestras peticiones, es un lugar sumamente tranquilo, lo recomiendo al 100% sobre todo si viaja con su familia

Tuvimos una estancia demasiado agradable, todo estaba limpio, disfrutamos mucho el área de la alberca y el jacuzzi porque cuenta con todo para estar cómodos, en general excelentes condiciones. El host es muy accesible, agradable y está al pendiente. Sin duda volveríamos o lo recomendaríamos. Solo es importante considerar que el 5to cuarto es de servicio y no tiene AC pero no fue impedimento para pasarla bien.

Amazing location, little walk up a hill. But honestly never mattered, because the view and the vibe are just immaculate. Would def recommend !!!! Heavenly

La casa es tal y como aparece en las fotos: muy amplia, cómoda y perfecta para unos días de descanso. Gloria, nuestra anfitriona, siempre estuvo atenta antes y durante nuestra estancia, lo cual hizo todo aún más fácil. Está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila y segura, ideal para relajarse, y las vistas a los atardeceres son simplemente impresionantes. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia larga, desde cocina equipada hasta espacios acogedores para descansar. Sin duda, una excelente opción para desconectarse y disfrutar con total comodidad.

Muy tranquilo y bonito el lugar, solo comentario las persianas ya están un poco descuidadas y el sol entra demasiado por la mañana. Todo lo demás estuvo perfecto.
