El apartamento se encuentra en planta primera con acceso directo. Cuenta con un dormitorio con cama matrimonial de 1.80 y sofá cama para una persona. Salón cocina equipada con todo lo necesario, mesa para disfrutar de las vistas y un baño amplio y cómodo. Además de lavadora-secadora, tendedero. Tiene un balcón maravilloso para disfrutar de día y de noche frente al mar. Se solicita el documento de identidad de los huéspedes antes de la llegada.

Ambiente acogedor para descansar o trabajar en paz

Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.
