Ferienunterkünfte mit Frühstück in Playa Zipolite

What an amazing experience this was. The house is not a regular AirBnB rental but an experience, it's like staying in your own private resort, the comfort and services of a hotel but only for your group. We stayed here with a group of friends and Roberto and the staff made sure we had everything we needed and more. For a very reasonable price, we had all of our breakfasts and some of our dinners cooked for us. We even had a bartender who prepared delicious mango margaritas, mojitos and more. The house is an easy 35 minutes drive from Puerto Escondido in a secluded area, we barely saw any other people on the beach but we did see whales, dolphins and even a giant turtle! All the food Reina prepared was delicious. We hired a private yoga class and it was perfect in front of the pool and with the waves crashing as background sound. The architecture of the house is beautiful, with the light and contrasts with the concrete making it perfect for photos. 5 stars!

This has been one of the best stays I’ve had. The location is amazing and the rooms where everything you could ask for, amazing beach front view and sound of waves at night. The staff was so helpful, and responsive. Truly a perfect place to stay.

Even a week later, I am still thinking about our wonderful stay! We even wished we had booked more days and will definitely do so when returning to Zipolite. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and knowledgable. The room we booked with the private inifinity pool was even more gorgeous than the photos allowed -- the view is absolutely STUNNING and we rarely left our little oasis the entire stay. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Me and my family had such an amazing stay. Private beach and very secluded. The whole place was perfect. Eva and the cooks were extremely helpful as well and they made the most delicious food. Everything was exactly as described plus more.

I’ve stayed in many different beach accommodations and this by far is the best stay I’ve ever experienced in every way. The room and property and phenomenal with some of the most peaceful and breathtaking views, but the most spectacular is experience was the amazing staff and community that Heven creates and how at home we felt the entire stay. Each morning the complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff always made it a point to make sure you had a peaceful morning and were well informed for any activity you had planned that day. On our last day at Heven, a staff member, Saed, showed us around a near by beach and gave us a great and personal guide on beautiful coral reef. The experience was unmatched and every single moment that we experienced at Heven I will cherish. If you are looking for a 5 start accommodation with a lovely personal and peaceful touch, this is the stay for you! The price is amazing for the stay and truly something you cannot miss.

Heven es el lugar perfecto para una estadía en Zipolite, Víctor es súper amable, el personal es increíble, todo son súper amables. El desayuno es delicioso siempre. El lugar es una joya, un paraíso escondido en la zona de Arroyo Tres en Zipolite.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön. Wenn ihr die Möglichkeit habt würde ich euch dieses Airbnb ans Herz legen. Die Kommunikation zu dem Gastgeber war super und ein toller Service. We had the most idyllic stay at Heven – truly a slice of paradise! The grounds are absolutely exquisite, and our room was both comfortable and beautifully appointed. The breakfasts were nothing short of amazing, with delicious options that made every morning feel special. Victor, our host, was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever we needed. Watching the horizon and sea from the pool was incredibly relaxing – a perfect way to unwind and soak up the breathtaking views. We will definitely be back!

La vista al mar es hermosa, tanto desde la habitación como desde la alberca. Víctor y todo el staff son cálidos y se preocupan mucho por la comodidad de sus huéspedes. Hablando de la alberca, es de buen tamaño para relajarse y nadar, todo el recinto está lleno de naturaleza. Hay acceso a dos playas y muchos lugares como restaurantes, comedores, cafés, spas, etc. 100% recomendados para desconectarse de la vida estresante de Ciudad

This place is best described as a small resort. All of the staff were more than accommodating. The breakfast is a first meal. Picturesque view abundant throughout the property. We look forward to our return!!! Blessings Mike and Magda

I am very happy with my one night stay wish I could’ve stayed longer, but the staff was so friendly and responsive. The place was so beautiful and peaceful. It was a magical experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Heven. Victor and all the staff are friendly, attentive and so helpful. Reading the story of how Heven was created is so touching and really special making our stay that much more beautiful. I felt at home, I didn’t want to leave. There is great energy here. You can feel the pride Victor has in this home. Breakfast was wonderful each day. The rooms were stunning and each one offered something different and unique. It’s close to town and restaurants and the view is spectacular from this property.

Casa Kalmar was an amazing place to stay in Zipolite. Silvia & Guadalupe were incredibly helpful, making my check in/out seamless and providing excellent hospitality and local recommendations. I stayed in the Surf Room, which felt very private as it was on a lower terrace of the Casa, separating it from the rest of the house's units. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and lounging at the infinity pool in the afternoons was pure bliss. The unit is on the top of a hill, and walking back from the beach does take abit of energy. About a 5-10 walk from the beach, just under half of it climbing a hill path + some stairs. It's in a more quiet side of town, not on main strip, entire area felt incredibly safe even for a solo traveller. Air conditioning and occasional hot water for the shower was amazing, as they can be hard to find luxuries while traveling in Mexico. Wifi in the room was abit hit or miss, but worked fantastic poolside! I would definitely come back to Casa Kalmar.

La casa está en lo alto de una colina. El acceso es dificultoso, pero una vez has llegado, te das cuenta de que merece la pena el esfuerzo. El penthouse es un lujo, con una zona child out para ver el amanecer y la puesta de sol. La piscina infinita es otro espacio para disfrutar. No tiene grandes lujos, pero la ubicación, las vistas, la privacidad y la gran hospitalidad de Silvia son los auténticos lujos de este alojamiento.

Casa Baori is what dreams are made of! The house is pristine, comfortable and so beautiful. The views and the pool are so beautiful. Staff is kind and very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious every morning and we even got lunch a couple of days. We also had private massages at the house that were wonderful. We flew into Hualtuco and rented a car. Took about an hour from the airport. There’s several small markets in town, we bought local produce from a fruit stand and then got the remainder of our groceries and alcohol from 7 Regiones. We drove to Mazunte one day for some shopping, bars/restaurants and the baby turtle release. But mostly we stayed at the hotel because it was just so dreamy. I wish I could give this more than 5 stars. We will be back!

Great place with an incredible infinity pool. Clean room, comfy bed, and friendly hosts. Easy access to city and beach. Light breakfast included. Would love to come back for a longer stay.
